We had our son baptism at the Royalton last week and we couldn't pick a better venue to celebrate this occasion better than them. Our experience was awesome from the start to finish. Booking the hall with Antonila was just great, she very friendly and understanding. Most importantly she follows through with what she promise! The venue it self was amazing and we enjoyed our time there. Steve the floor manager was very friendly and was checking on our guests to make sure everything is going well. Food was delicious and big portions, I just want to say a big Thank you to Antonila and the team at The Royalton for doing such a great job! We will be returning for future events.

I hosted my bridal shower here on Oct 15 2023 & man oh man what a fabulous experience. From our communications with Antonella to the serving staff to the food. I can’t express how happy I was with how it all came together. Thank you so much to everyone at The Royalton for making my day SPECIAL!

We had a party at The Royalton in the smaller party room and we could not have had a better experience. Antonella was so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Our guests raved about the food; it was exceptional. The room was very intimate and comfortable. We had just under 100 guests and it was perfect. I would highly recommend The Royalton for any event you may have, big or small. You won't be disappointed.

There are not enough good things that I can say about my experience at the Royalton for my bridal shower on March 5,2023. Inside the banquet hall depends on your setting-up to look strong appeal in the eyes of guests. The place got ample parking for guests and easy access to the location. The choice of food and how it's been served not likeable. I guess depends on how much you can afford to pay what to eat.

My wedding reception was at the royalton hall this past december 03. We had such a wonderful night the food was amazing, the service during dinner was incredible, they would go beyond to help you get what you need. Not only the hall is beautiful itselfs but the people that work there are amazing.
Our first meeting with Antonella we were instantly sold. Her passion and efforts to help create our day were immediately noticed. All we can say if you will be comparing different banquet hall managers and Antonella will be your first visit you probably wont be going any where else.

We began planning back in 2020 and throughout the uncertainty of the pandemic, Antonella reassured us and was an incredible support. She was flexible and ensured that all of our needs were met. She gave great advice and was integral to our wedding planning. She was always easy to get a hold of and responded promptly to all of our questions.

From the moment we arrived on our wedding day, the entire team at the Royalton took great care of us. They were attentive to anything we needed. My husband does not drink alcohol, so they facilitated getting him some non-alcoholic sparkling wine to toast with.

Our guests couldn't say enough good things about the food! We had a delicious antipasto bar, followed by pasta and risotto and the main course was a veal chop. They were very accommodating and creative with the dietary restrictions of our guests and the chefs made a delicious meal!

The sound system and lights created a great atmosphere for dancing after dinner. RedLine DJ, who partner with the Royalton, played great music and all of our guests had a great time on the dance floor.

Thank you so much to the entire Royalton team for the best day! We highly recommend having your wedding/baptism/bridal shower/any other special event here. They truly take care of you from beginning to end!

I attended the gala last night.the place is beautiful but the food was lacking everything.from the cream of broccoli wast tasteless. I feel the chef just put water and broccoli and blended.our bread was cold literally feel like they just took off from the freezer 30 mins before they serve, to pasta again found big chucks of ground meet it's supposed to be bolognese.to the salad was wilted and don't let me talk about the main entree.cold with one piece roasted beef top a chicken supreme no lemons butter sauce, cold potato and on tiny piece broccolini.yup disappointed. What makes things worst they had a pizza at the end one the night and I eat one.cold and the pizza was not even cook. I threw up after in the washroom. I know I'm the only with this review cause the others don't want to say anything but management can hopefully improve their guests experience in the future.

I come to this venue often, and honestly the improvements since 2018 have been astonishing, going all the way from a 4.2 average to 4.5 is hard when you already have hundreds of reviews.
Angad as the venue director has made so many improvements to the quality of every single aspect of this venue despite the difficulties of Covid.

Compared to other halls in the Vaughn/Toronto area the cleanliness here is a very high notch above the average, same with the food quality, service quality, and even the internal architecture. Bless Luis for all the hard work he does during work hours, and after to keep things running smoothly throughout event nights. Everyone here really does earnestly try to deliver a good experience.

We had a Disney themed wedding at the royalton and we weren't sure how it would all come together. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations and made our dream wedding come true. Fantastic staff and Antonella was so patient and very nice with us. The food was the best hall food we have ever had. Overall, a truly magical experience and we would recommend this hall to everyone

Our wedding at the Royalton was absolutely amazing! Antonella was a pleasure to work with and helped put together the small details for us on the actual wedding day. She responded to all our questions very quickly and helped us postpone our wedding during COVID.
Antonella’s team was also very wonderful. The head waiter Steve was amazing. He made sure we were well taken care of on the day with our food and drinks (the food was very delicious) The wait staff was wonderful and everything came out on time for our quests. The bartenders were also such amazing guys and so much fun. We never had to wait around for anything.

Book with the Royalton! Antonella and her team are absolutely incredible and will cater to your every need! It was rough through the pandemic having to postpone my wedding twice, but Antonella was so supportive and accommodating throughout the last 2 years. She is extremely quick with emails and will do whatever she can to make what you want happen. Beautiful space, gorgeous lobby, huge dance floor, my guests had the time of their lives! So many compliments on the food especially the antipasto bar. During our wedding the staff were so attentive to everyone and made sure each guest was taken care of. Highly highly highly recommend!

We just had our wedding here over the weekend and everything was perfect beyond words. Antonella was so accommodating and easy going. It really took the pressure off the big day. My MC was absolutely terrible so Tony stepped in with no hesitation at all and saved the night. He was so funny and welcoming.
The food was to die for... The only complaint was there was so much lol.
It’s the perfect place to get everything done. We had our ceremony in the lobby (sounds weird but it works) and went straight into cocktail hour in the event room. Antonella helped add in small little details that made everything tie together.

Where to begin. Planning a wedding through Covid was a daunting task. Hearing horror story after horror story about different venues and vendors made us genuinely grateful to be working with a caring and dedicated professional like Antonella. From day one she was transparent, honest and worked with us to ensure that the venue met our every need. Even after date changes, last minute adjustments, questions on the day of, she made sure that our special day went off without a hitch.

We recieved nothing but compliments on the food, the upbeat and personable service staff and the space itself.

We would highly recommend working with Antonella to plan an event at the Royalton. You will find a true partner in her and that is worth its weight in gold!

All we can say after our wedding reception is WOW! Everything that Antonella and the team at The Royalton did made our special day absolutely incredible. My daughter got married here October 29 2021 The hole experience was amazing Antonella was sp professional and made my daughters day that more special. The food delicious the bartenders fast and very polite to our guest. Forgot to mention we had a beautiful ceremony there too was arranged in 5 weeks.

We hosted a reception there in September. The facility was top notch - impeccably clean, well maintained, grand and with competent and friendly staff. Antonella and Angad were both excellent hosts and were able to make changes on the fly to certain details which ensured the night went off smoothly. Last but not least both bartenders were very resourceful and creative - made some strong and in some cases, difficult, drinks very well.

Simply put, our experience with the Royalton was phenomenal. We recently celebrated my daughter’s First Communion at The Royalton and everything was perfect! The food was delicious (such great portions) and the staff was exceptional. The banquet hall was clean and all proper procedures and requirements related to COVID safety were followed!

I can't help but pour out my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the staff at The Royalton Hospitality for really making my wife and I feel like royalty on our wedding day. Right from the beginning we immediately felt the love from Antonella, and this was to no surprise as I had been told the exact same thing from my twin brother-he also reached out to her for his wedding day! She made both my wife and I feel like we mattered and was ready to hear us out even though we gave her literally a 2 month window to our wedding day. She sympathized with us and I believe that was the thing that blew me away- someone who was able to be human in the midst of such uncertainty. Antonella is exactly what managers need to have during times like these- a heart! On the day of the wedding the hall staff were really kind to our wedding parties and to our guests/vendors. They went above and beyond to make us feel like we mattered and that gave us peace of mind. I can say that I was getting that really good feeling throughout the whole night and it made me feel like I am definitely in a place of comfort. To the servers, the gentleman who had been wearing the black blazer and was just smiley (honestly he was just great like literally an uncle to us with his smile) you rock! The food was also amazing and I was really glad that they could accommodate the few who we asked for partial meat/fish plates. You made us feel like royalty in the midst of all the crazy. The place truly lives up to the top tier hospitality which it bears.

In the year 2019 we were robbed of a deposit from a banquet hall neighboring the Royalton Hospitality and had we not continued to seek for another place, we would have missed out on the miraculous haven of The Royalton Hospitality.

In the year 2020, Covid-19 almost robbed us of our wedding, but The Royalton Hospitality saved it.

Antonella showed us exactly what the banquet prides itself on: hospitality. From day 1 we were ushered into an elegant and beautiful hall and treated with respect with our questions and requests. She is more than a hall manager, she is a God-sent angel whom gave us hope and laughs in preparing for our wedding date (s).
Our meetings and correspondence in person and over the phone were professional and everything was an important matter to her. Even when we had to re-schedule our wedding date and modify our hall settings, she was inline with us, giving us, the royal treatment and we felt her hospitality every step of the way.

Up until the day of the wedding, Antonella gave us her support and ensured that every social gathering observance would be taken to ensure that her staff and our guests would be comfortable. All our vendors had no trouble reaching out to Antonella and testified of her great communication and direction. We want everyone whom is looking for a gem amongst banquet halls in York Region to seek out The Royalton Hospitality.

In the middle of a pandemic they were asking us for more money when we didn't even know if we were going ahead with our reception. Then, when our reception HAD to be cancelled due to public health restrictions, they refused to give us any money back. DO NOT USE THEM FOR DJ SERVICES!

I had my bridal shower on November 1,2019 and from the moment I walked into this venue and was greeted by Antonella I knew she was going to make sure everything was beyond perfect! The food was THE BEST I have ever had! I along with all my guests raved about how delicious the food was. The staff were all pleasant and attentive to all guests. On September 29,2019, we hosted our Hearts for Hogar Second Annual Fundraiser at The Royalton. From the start, Antonella was professional and accommodating to our every need. She encouraged us to contact her prior to the event with any questions or concerns we may have. The event went very well, the food was delicious and the staff was courteous and efficient. We just had our wedding last week at the Royalton! All I can say is wow! Antonella, thank you so much for dealing with my million questions and making sure everything ran smoothly for us. The place looks nice wt wide space for parking but the food is awfully bad, stake was impossible to eat it taste like triple defrost meat you can tell it's a left over meat. I don't recommend this place at all.

Me and my now husband had our wedding here the past weekend and I can honestly say this night went amazing thanks to everyone at the Royalton! Made sure we had some food from the antipasto bar since we were all out at the receiving line, and would ask us if we wanted anything from the bar and made sure we were satisfied. And let me tell you we were beyond satisfied! They helped us with all the changes that happened even the day of changes. Very accomadating and helpful! We also got sooooooo many compliments on how amazing the food was! To us, we had to make sure people enjoyed the food and everyone did. My wife and I did our wedding reception at The Royalton just recently. As you can imagine, choosing the venue is one of the biggest wedding decisions you have to make as everything else kind of revolves around the venue. We must have visited about 10 other venues (from golf courses to other banquet halls in the GTA) before stepping foot in The Royalton. The exterior did not 'wow' us, but once we got into the inside of the banquet, we were really impressed and liked the feel and look. It was a grand space with high ceilings, second floor for the bride and groom suites, large open lounge area, and the actual dinner hall was massive with hardwood floors. We first sat down with Mario to get the process started. Mario worked with us very closely and made us feel at ease. Shortly after we decided to go with The Royalton, we heard Mario was slowing down from the business and so, Frank took over. A warm introduction was made. Frank immediately picked up right where Mario had left off and the transition was seamless. The whole planning and finalizing process (initial talks, walk-through, negotiations, menu selection, taste testing, finalizing, and run-through) felt very natural and without pressure.

On our actual wedding night, everything was run to perfection. Bartenders were on-point. Luciano took amazing care of my guests and myself. He was superb! The whole wait staff took extra care of my bride any myself. Whatever we requested, they ensured it was done for us. The food! The food was excellent. We spoke to a lot of our guests and they all spoke highly of it (we were relieved as food is extremely important). The staff made sure to look after any special requests or allergies.

I can keep going on and on about the great things, but the main thing to take away from this review is that the whole staff really takes amazing care of you. Whatever you ask for, they are extremely accommodating, professional, and will do everything possible in their power to make it happen for you. We really appreciate the fact the Frank stayed on site the whole night to ensure all operations were smooth. He came up to the each of us on separate occasions throughout the night to check in on us. Frank was personable, professional and a true gentleman.

Wow! Antonella and her team were amazing! We have been to many events at tbe royalton for ourselves (got married, and our kids baptism), and by far the service is second to none.
