I enjoyed my experience at this store. There were a wide variety of jewelry and minerals. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The jewellery here was gorgeous and were reasonably priced as well! The employees were also very welcoming and the store had a nice ambiance. A warm thanks to Susie for her exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude. Susie was so attentive and knowledgeable, and she helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I had a great experience with the jewellery and staff here and I will definitely revisit soon!

Staff was very friendly and informative on the stones and meaning behind them, stones and pricing are very good for their quality and meanings behind them, from necklaces to stones each one has a description and meaning behind each one from protection to health. Bought a “JASPER”! Bracelet a few days ago from them. I don’t remove my jewelry before taking shower. Today I noticed that they are not crystal. The color on some beads faded. It’s such a shame to lie to customers on how expensive these Jasper stone are and give a lecture on the spiritual benefit of these “crystal bracelets”. Well! Bad Karma is waiting for you

Alittle pricey but it makes sense since their crystals are of the best quality. I bought my motivate from here and let me tell you it's the real deal, it's certified too. The place itself is alittle crowded but the staff are very kind and awalys willing to help, they're very patient too. If you're looking for raw crystals and jewerly, as well as moldavite, this is the place for you to go to!

My man Leo is amazing at what he does. We definitely need to get him a pay increase cause he deserves it. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my indecisive decision making. Thats right they have good product but the business even old and good without good costumer service and communication skills of the owner! Not deserve it! In the market that only competition is talking, the costumer is very important and when you got so much proud of ur self and lost the way of costumer care, better sit home and knit some warm cloth for winter! Maybe its time for it! So sorry for such old businesses like this!

The stones look legit. One is blue apatite and 2 citrine crystals. I was looking at different shops and every shop has fake citrine (baked amethyst) bcz of which it was hard to trust. I saw the website here and citrine looked legit so ordered from here. Citrine is little dull yellow and little bit smokey but from my knowledge this is how its supposed to be.

Amazing hidden gem in Centerpoint mall. Fantastic selection of both tumbled and raw stones of all different shapes and colours. Good collection of both small pieces and large show pieces. So many amazing deals, and the jewelry selection is unbelievable. Very impressed, and I will definitely be visiting again!

Drove all the way from Oakville to check out this store. I’m glad I did, they have the biggest selection of stones I’ve seen. They have lots of hard to ring stones like moldavite. Person working there was very nice. I wish I live closer, as I would be there more often.

Ordered phenacite, it was delivered exactly as pictured. I own over 100 crystals and neither of them compares to the vibration of the phenacite. I will definitely order from them again and recommend to everyone.

I went to the Russian Stone today. I like to go at least once a year, as a field trip. It was a busy time, and there was only one person assisting everyone. I waited for other customers to be taken care of, then was given such wonderful customer service, afterwards. I was determined to finally get a Phenakite gem, and I walked out with a rare-fusion cluster of aquamarine, and fluorite included in with the Phenakite. Plus, I am very thankful to Mark, for taking care of everyone professionally, and for helping me pick the perfect stone for me! I’ll be back next year.

The Russian Stone is a real treasure. The staff are deeply knowledgeable and committed, with a level of service that's off the charts. Visiting the store is like going to a rock and gem show - the merchandise includes everything from inexpensive bead bracelets to rare mineral specimens. The range is extraordinary. And the quality is uniformly high.

The store also has shops on eBay and Etsy. These shops offer first-class photography with excellent service - fast and accurate.

A great place to find rare stones, quality jewelry, crystals, and even fossils! When I first saw the beautiful stones and wristbands, I thought that they were fake because of how low the prices were, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were indeed truely genuine. I have always come here for my mineral decorative needs, and being a jewelry and wristband collecter, I've found that Russian Stone's products make up a large amount of my collection. Do come here for good quality accessories and fascinating items!

The store is magic it has an amazing collection of semi precious stones and unique rocks collections: from meteorites to Tibetan chakra energizing stones.

This store is a gem in located in the heart of North York inside Centerpoint Mall. There is a large arrays of semi-precious gem stone selection from large decorative pieces to pendants, necklaces and bracelets. The quality of the stones are really good also at a reasonable price. It is definitely worth your time to visit if you are a gem stone lover. I was visiting the store with a friend as promised and she found something she really loved. The owner was also extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

I had to do a boron project they gave me tons of information and even helped me pick out the right stone for my project I'm definitely coming again and absolutely loved it there 11 out of 10 would recommend

Wonderful store as far as selection. However, I've been there multiple times within a month for restringing which is a service they are supposed to provide and there is no one there to do so. The person who's always there has no idea when the individuals that do the stringing are going to be in. Additionally, there are two phone numbers provided on their card and neither one is ever answered. This leads my experience to be on the disappointing side as far as service is concerned.

I really like this store, their quality and variety of products, and their customer service. I strongly recommend it to all the crystal lovers.

This store is the best! It maybe small but size doesn't hinder what wonders it impacts. When I came in the store I was mind blown, there were so many different crystals, some i knew, some I never even seen before, and some I am now learning about. I made with three stones today, a lovely sodalite, and a small sunstone and obsidian. I love this store and would keep coming back
