Great place to find a deal. I also like it when I donate I get a coupon it helps to save a few dollars.

They sell non-working appliances and don't give refunds. You're better off at Mission next door.

Great experience. Wonderful staff. Most importantly they are helpful and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

It’s a thrift store I often visit to check their books. They have a small book section at the back of the store. Unfortunately, their book selection is not well organized and they don’t always keep the section tidy. Besides, they don’t seem to get many new books or deal efficiently with old books that people are not buying. I often see the same old books on the shelves, weeks after first spotting them.

This is one of my all time favorite second hand thrift shops.

It's very organized and has a wide variety of items.
There is something to be found for people.of all ages here.

Crafters can find yarn, beads, fabrics, buttons and all kinds of items that can be repurposed into new things.
There is a dedication of about half of the store towards clothing and there are appliances and kitchenware as well.

The staff here are super friendly and approachable and they are eager to lend a helping hand.

This store is exceptionally clean.

I've been at this location several times and was always left feeling positive about my experience, whether or not I had found something to buy that day.

It's a great place.

We often drop off good used clothing and household items as the money raised always goes to good causes. I often pop in as the used books are low priced and usually they have a good selection.

Yes I've found that the price of the items are to expensive and they're not in good condition and there is no return policy for the purchase. I do not recommend spending money on something that you can not return. The prize is rediculous.

It's always nice to shop here. Nice and quiet and you never know what you'll find. I recommend going in the morning if you can and on weekends it can be busy but always a treat. Friendly service and great items for sale. Dig a bit and you'll find a treasure for sure

Kind sweet staff, there are some good items if you wade through it. I’ve bought quite a few items and have always left happy. It can be harder to get around if you’re on crutches or in a wheelchair but still manageable.

My local Salvation Army, and my favourite one so far. I always enjoy checking it our for new stock, and have found some awesome finds. Their standout 'feature' compared to other SA's in Ottawa is the amazing customer service, just very friendly and polite. There's some great staff - I don't know their names, but one woman with short hair and a younger blonde guy are certainly standouts. Personally, I think their clothing selection is quite weak, and overpriced compared to Value Village. As a chain, their promos can sometime feel misleading as a sign will be outside for a promo, with significantly smaller print on the bottom stating the effective dates (usually not the same day the poster is out - at least when I go). Aisles are definitely a little narrow, but are quite clean and everything is colour coordinated. I cannot decide if I love it for the visual aesthetic or hate it because everything is a mash-mash (ie, red kitchen items next to red flower vases), but it also makes the hunt fun. Their auction showcases are some of the best I have seen in Ottawa.

Truly a real charity. Great location. The neighboring store is NOT the he same. The neighboring store Ogle had like 10% donation. This store is all charity. Do your research, and donate here. And BUT from here!

Nice, clean store and the prices are right. I'm not big on supporting any religiously affiliated organizations, but I'd much rather they get my money than Value Village.

Been told the parking lot here is not where you want to leave your car for too long a time.

The new location is more aesthetically pleasing and larger than their former store when it was on Moodie Dr.but ironically I haven't found anything interesting to me here, since they moved. I would randomly find some nice items at the old location.

Without the sales some of the prices are exorbitant. Not sure what happened to the management team but they need to realize many people who shop at thrift stores are very poor.

This location gets very high sales and can be busy, decent selection a little disorganized but still a good spot.

Store would not honour 50% discount on an item that had been purchased (erroneously) a day before the actual sale date. Huge 50% off signs throughout the store, but they were actually posted PRIOR to the sale date. This is very misleading! Item could be returned and a time-limited credit could be issued, but it was impossible to allow a return and re-purchase. The returned item would be sent to another store.: (Very, very poor customer service. I will not be returning, and will cease my support of The Salvation Army. I will suggest same to friends and family. Sad day.

I have been to the " Sally Anne " since i was a child, it was ALWAYS exciting because you never know what you can get.it's always fun.

Lots of selection, you need to sift through to fins the good stuff! They do run promotions as well. Much cheaper than Value village and just as good selection

A great selection of gently used items that can be purchased at very reasonable prices. Selection varies on a daily basis so it's worth stopping by often to see what you can find.

Amazing selection of clothing and other stuff. Their new location is very nice, with a large retail area and a good drop-off location.
