Best store. The store has a variety of goods ranging from clothing, vessels, toys.
You may find clothing which may be direct from factory.

Prices are still fair compared to Value Village but are also sneaking up making the shopping experience a little tougher to source good items at a great price.

Lots of everything. I didn't have enough time. Clean & tidy store with helpful staff. Forgot to take pics.

Friendly staff. Out of the dozen or so Salvation Army thrift stores that I’ve been in I feel that this one isn’t the best for selection. Always find something cool in the store whether it’s art, music clothing or collectables. Great prices.

I love this thrift store, but could you PLEASE open the change rooms again! It's getting tedious to always bring clothing back for exchange if they don't fit

Not worth going here anymore. Used to go regularly and get great deals. Now everything is priced too high and all the friendly staff are gone. No fitting room or washroom available to use and no return on clothing, only exchange.

I shop here regularly but like everything else the prices have gone up more than a little considering the merchandise is donated

I'm finding prices alot higher than l care to put the dough out for. Budget friendly along with condition of items got to really check items out for elasticity and thinning materials.

I seen the manager yelling at one of her employees in front of customers. For a christian store the management at this location has something to learn. I plan to bring this to the attention of upper management.

I'm 100% a thrift shopper and the Salvation Army happens to have a lot of clothes my size in good condition and my style. I love this store I once got a $49 j crew necklace for $3.99.surprisingly they saw new things too like the winter boots that I wear they're nice black heels but they're from a store that got donated to the Salvation Army and apparently that happens often they said. They have a little bit of everything I even got ice skates from there and toboggans and books.

I love this place. If I am looking for something this is my first stop in the thrift stores. I also love to buy my kids the bribery toys from here.always affordable and so far in working order which is a plus.

Way over priced. This location has to much stuff because of the high prices. Whoever has the price gun needs to give their head a shake. It's a thrift store, who's gonna pay $8 for a very unpopular comic book not even worth $1.25 at a real comic book store?

Friendly, helpful staff and good prices. More so clothing for the elderly tho not much infant/child or teen options.

I used to really enjoy shopping at this store. While at the checkout, the cashiers have often asked me if I'm a senior citizen. I am not. I do have serious health issues, though. I find this very hurtful and insulting. There must be a more professional way. Why not ask the customer if he or she has any discounts or why not display a sign? In support of me, my friends have not returned, either.

Employees can’t count how many people enter and exit the store so you end up waiting way too long to get in. Once you’re in, the employees don’t care if the customers wear masks. Then, once it’s time to pay, the employees can just charge you extra at their own discretion by changing the price if they didn’t like the price that was on the item. The employees are trash here. Worst thrift store I’ve ever been to.

It’s a typical second store. Busy most of the time. Best time to shop is 6 pm to close. Fairly clean and they do try hard to keep items organized. They give out coupons when you donate. Seniors discount avail. The prices are inconsistent and the staff are friendly. It’s a busy parking lot. You have to pay 5 cents for a bag so take your recyclable bags. Sunday’s are closed but drop offs are allowed. Watch for great sale days. I purchased these silver mirrored lamps there.

They have alot of good staff. Store is clean and well organized. They have alot of ornaments for Christmas decoration. Some of them brand new.

If you donate, you get 20% off. Many you spent directly goes to a charity which administrative spending is about 6% of their revenue.

Great place to get good deals. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The layout is a little rough. They also seem to be in desperate need of grocery carts.

Rude customer service in the donation area. The first and last time donating here. Value Village is a little farther for me but worth the drive for good customer service.

This thrift store is clean and tidy. The aisles are clear and free of clutter, perfect for searching for that little gem you are looking for. Found the staff to be friendly. Would just like it if they had small furniture items, but other than that great assortment of items. Did find a few clothing items that were not fit to be sold (stained). Overall I enjoyed my little shopping trip. Would return without a doubt!

They screwed up the direction lines in the store, other than that its a thrift store. Was a good shopping trip out.

The staff whom handle the donations at this location are extremely rude, so much so I will never be donating to another Salvation Army again. When dropping off your donations be prepared for lots of snarky comments and rude looks! Be better.

What a wonderful clean, inviting store with some amazing items at a very reasonable price. Definitely a must shop store and the staff were very friendly.

It's open your greeted at the door checked for mask and sanitizer at the door and cleaned cart at the door follow your arrows it helps with traffic found a few things l'm sure as the weeks go by more will be dropped off to have a second life.

Rude customer service. The Manager was worse Will not be back And I use to shop there for some time. Note some staff are nice but most of them was rude.

I frequently visit here and always am greeted with kind and respectful staff.until this evening. I was spoken down to by a young lady who was clearly unhappy by my presence in the store when I asked for help at the jewellery counter. She stared me down in a disrespectful manner then loudly announced she would go "clean up the mess in the change room". That I was just in. I was so horrified I walked out and didn't purchase what I had planned on. Wow! So disappointed to be treated that way when i shop and donate regularly.

Excellent value for used products. Staff were very friendly saying hello as you would pass them.

Everyone I go in, they never ask me about seeing rewards card. So I am missing out. Last time I spent over $20 (2 stamps worth) and the time before was around $40/50. And no stamps.

Some interesting books also very friendly staff that work extremely hard.keep up the good work everyone.

A reasoning on this low score with the review as to do with somebody else and has nothing to do with me but it was something that really bothered me.

At the auction on August the 29th one gentleman there was bidding against another gentleman on a gold charm bracelet.

There Were 2 people bidding and only 2 people. When the winner was declared a few moments Another gentleman pipes up and says I was going to bit on that as well. The auctioneer should have at this point given the bracelet to the person who had won it because it is the responsibility of the person who is purchasing an item to speak up loud enough that the auctioneer hears I was standing 5' away from the auctioneer I didn't hear this guy threw out a bid and I was being incredibly interesting because it was up at $1300.00 at this point. The auctioneer said to the winner, do you mind if I continue the bidding, Because he was a gentleman he authorized it what do you honestly think he was gonna actually do deny it come on people!

Go as it turned out the gentleman who originally won it at $1400 won it again at $1700 The other guy who didn't speak loud enough walked out.

Because he walked out the winner of the charm bracelet should have got not actual bracelet for $1300 or $1400 whatever it was he wanted for. It was enough that I walked out I wanted nothing else to do with that auctioneer. Yes I know it's charity blah blah blah I get that but let's talk about one other thing.

If you were to actually go through the book there is this one and I will call him a clown in town they goes around to all the places and up bids all the items, He never shows up at the auctions and he never wins anything I know this guy and this was what he does to make him feel self feel good just bids on anything.

Very organized at the Brantford location. Good prices that are clearly presented. Helpful people working on the merchandise areas.

Pricey especially the clothes. They do have alot of designer labels tho.the best part of the store is the front miscellaneous area and the clothes. Someones used pair of reeboks from 1987 going for 25 dollar$? What's with their shoe prices? ! Jebus
