They give out a 20% off coupon for purchases above $20 and only 7 days to return unwanted items.
Paintings and wall decor are still quite cheap.

Great selection of current books. Clean. My daughter bought a skirt, beaded top and necklace as a 1920's flapper costume totaling $20! Way cheaper than wasting money at a costume shop and much better quality. Plus you're diverting items from the landfill. Always a fun adventure.

I bought some books that were reasonably priced. The entire staff were really friendly and extremely helpful while I was looking around and when I was checking out as well. It's definitely a place I'll return to when I go back to Ottawa for a visit. Highly recommended if you're shopping for inexpensive clothes and books

A regular thrift stop for me. Prices beat VV by a considerable amount often. And not a 'for profit' retail outlet like VV. Recommended for thrift shoppers.
