The Salvation Army Thrift Store

Have been coming here for years for all the good reasons everyone has mentioned, but the one star goes specifically to the manager at this location, who is always rude, doesn’t know anything about customer service or manners.for that reason alone, I won’t be returning.

Quite possibly best salvation army I have ever been too. It's a hidden gem tuck away in the city of oakville. I rarely write reviews but my experience today was incredible, amazing staff, donation attendant and fantastic price. SO MUCH incredible books.

Thank you to the staff with the beautiful pink hair. Sorry I did not get her name. She was so helpful and friendly. I picked up some awesome items; including brand new Lululemon leggings for $14.99.

I wanted to love this place like i loved it years ago. I did find prices over priced: (clothing some items. Dvds i do find 3.99 per dvd expensive and 5.99 per box set a lot as a single mum. Would love to pick up so much more items. I wish they did everything the same price on dvds like they do books they have so many dvds i told the lady cant u just sell these box sets as dvd prices at 3.99, they have so much dvds they should be 1buck each after you pick up 6 or more or 9 or more.i would love to pass by there again its been years since i been there. Also noticed many dvds and games with no discs inside!

Clothes. Used to be a regular visitor but lost interest. Check out the other thrift stores in the area. Happy hunting.

First visit Great finds. Unfortunately staff at the time was very unfriendly and you could tell the young woman at cash didn't like her job. Or maybe just customers in general.

It's ok.nothing much to buy.if you like to browse and buy some old stuff, it would be a place to visit from time to time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and as Micheal Jackson says, "you find good stuff there"

Pretty small location but has a decent amount of stuff.has a nice sized book section.staff seemed nice.

Great clean, neat store. Prices of second hand books and small kitchen appliances are fantastic.

Dropped off some clothes and other items for donation. Staff is helpful helping carry items. Parking lot and donating area of located around the back of the storefront.

I was so surprised of how much brand name clothing and shoes are there! Prices are excellent! I will go back there for sure

Acton has the most class, Burlington is a close second, but Kerr St.thinks anything old is an antique, and overpriced items are everywhere

Looking for a recliner. No joy. Did see some couches in great condition, however not in market for those. Though I think tomorrow is 30% off on everything for Thrift Day.

Attitudes! Their clothes are too expensive for a thrift store. Some of those clothes are probably mine.

Its hit and miss for one of a kind items but if you need clothes or kitchen items shoes and or other misc household items than this is the place to get it used and fairly cheap

Cute place to visit. Unique items for sale and for auction. I actuallly like the fact they do this. Before entering the store they have a whole auctioning window outside and you go inside to place a bet. Afterward you dont forget to go down the stairs to find furniture and more. Its a small store but with some valuable finds.
