The Sarjeant Co. Ltd. - Barrie

I ordered 5 cubic meters of concrete on August 29 I was told it would take 3 weeks because of high demand. I agreed I was told the dispatcher would contact me to arrange a delivery date. I called today Sept 7th, to see when that date might be and was told sorry we do not have enough cement maybe in April, Setting aside the delays I would have expected this company to at least let me know that they were not going to honor there agreement with me.

Had heard and seen a ton about their cardlock service over the past year and decided to give them a try. I knew them for their concrete but the cardlock is as advertised, big, spacious, and their prices are fairly competitive.

Best part is the fun promos they do what seems like every month. Definitely worth the trip when I'm in Barrie.

Great service, on spec and on time. They push that extra mile to give you the service you didn't know you needed.

Been in concrete for years and let me tell you it's hard to find people passionate about their jobs like these guys are.

From placing my order with Grant to Marcus and the new driver who delivered it today were all fantastic and showed great customer service and professionalism, nice to have Employees who respect the company they work for. Thank You!

Truck driver in truck 311 with license plate AX 47665 ran me and another car off the road while almost colliding head on with a Hyundai on Hwy 26. Called to report driver and was told I would hear back from a manager. That was over a week ago now and still have not heard back.

Terrible employee who then pulled off the road and threatened cars while they passed him. All the while having a large dog in his passenger seat.

This company doesn't deserve any business as they put peoples safety at risk.

I'd give 0 stars if possible.

We have had very good experiences in our dealings with the Sarjeant company for several years. They are good people and they try to help us any way they can.

Just finished a new House Build. I contracted Sarjeants to complete the Duct install, Furnace, and air Conditioner. Everything was completed in a professional manner, and significantly cheaper than the other Quotes I had obtained. Also, the furnace and air Conditioner are Trane Models which is a step above what most Companies are installing today.

Would Highly recommend them.

Cancelled a 35 m3 + concrete order on us morning of the pour that we had booked a week in advance. Excuse was that they overbooked. We still have to pay for all the guys and concrete pump we had booked and waiting, thanks appreciate it.

The technician that came was super polite, prompt and courteous. He wore his mask and booties to help keep himself and our family safe during this pandemic. He did an amazing job getting us up and running again. Thanks so much.

The service guys are fine, but the ladies who I spoke to on phone where impatient and rude. Not the first time, either, so I gave another chance, and another. Got so I dreaded calling in for order or service. Looking for new company. I'd actually pay more for politeness.
