I've been here a few times now and it's a hit or a miss. I think it's best to go early as the scones seem dry towards the end of the day. I liked the peach one they have during the summer but recently got a date one and it wasn't that good.

Very disappointing! My friend and I were here at 1130 this morning. I hope management have cameras to look at our encounter. The girl on cash was extremely rude. She acted like we were bothering her. Repeated what you see is what you get before we even asked for anything. We wanted a sandwich and she said we do t have any savoury so no and I asked for lemon cranberry and she looked at me like I was crazy. I corrected myself orange cranberry and she repeated rudely what you see is what you get. I cannot believe that anyone would want someone so rude representing their business.

Everyone who’s under here crying about masks are so immature it’s crazy, I’m an employee here and always kindly ask “can i get you to wear a mask please”, and the responses are almost always hostility aimed towards MYSELF and other coworkers for rules we didn’t even make. Yes, mandates are over but businesses still have a choice on whether to implement these rules or not so don’t yell at us for something we don’t really control! Either wear the mask for the 3-5 minutes you’re in there or leave and go to one of the 3 other locations without being so rude. It’s really less to do with covid and more to do with there is flour in the air as this is where the all the scones are made to be sent to the other locations and it’s unsafe to be breathing that all in. Hope this helps for those who feel the need to interrogate “why it’s store policy”.

Walked in to buy a few sandwiches this morning and was asked if I had a mask. Of course I said no, was taken off guard that this is even happening anymore. With so many food businesses struggling to get back on their feet, it is shocking this place is still demanding masking for customers. All to say, I walked out.

I saw this place when shopping at Home Depot and was thinking of grabbing something to snack on.

Upon entry into the store they immediately asked me to put on a mask. No greeting, no nothing, just "Put on a mask! "

Thanks for turning me off your store on my first visit before spending any money in your store.

I ordered some scones and jam last minute for a friend of mine who had a loss in the family. Because it was last minute I had missed the window to get it delivered same day and an AMAZING staff member, Madeline, offered to drive it herself! Wow- I am so impressed with this company. Highly highly recommend!

Incredible scones. Both savory and sweet. Probably the only place in ottawa that gets scones right. Wonderful coffee and as a sandwhich there is likely nothing better.

Just bland could not tell flavours at all. Only knew the chocolate one out of 6 scones. Too bad I was looking forward to it.

The scones were all fantastic. They had gluten-free options, which was great, since some of my team are gluten intolerant. Service was really good too. Oddly enough, they asked me to put on a mask when I entered. I don't mind, but I haven't seen a mask policy like this in a while now. Save them ¢5 and bring your own mask (because they'll provide one for you if you don't)!

Un-inclusive and discrimination is all you will get from this place. Terrible service, low quality food, dirty and forces people to follow their political science.

Best scones in town. Great service! The staff are always patient, helpful and know their products inside and out. They maintain an extremely clean store front. Love their half off day old scones!
