I arranged for some substantial electrical work in my garage, including a Generac back up supply, about 6 weeks in advance. The Shock Doctors were there on the agreed upon day and finished all the scheduled work right on time, and under budget as some efficiencies were discovered during the work.their work was neat and tidy, and quality of electrical work top notch. Finally, it ended with a thoughtful appreciation gift at the end. Very highly recommend

I have hired the Shock Doctors exclusively for any electrical work for several years. Their work and advice is always great. Joining the Doc club is worth every penny! I recently had a few minor issues corrected and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I never new that having my bathroom light on a dimmer switch would make me so happy! And putting the bathroom fan on a timer was genius. These were two things I didn't know existed and am grateful to Terry for suggesting them.

We were using an awesome local mechanical guy for our residential heating and water system service needs, but sadly, he decided to move to New Brunswick. Before he moved he gave us a very solid recommendation for Chris Marshall, one of The Shock Doctors' heating and cooling guys. We decided to convert our basement slab heat from water to glycol and have Chris look at a couple of other things while he was here also. We are spectacularly satisfied with all of the work performed. Chris is a great communicator, he always showed up when he said he was going to or if there was a delay for some reason, he called ahead of time to make sure he kept us updated. He was booked to be at our place early one Monday morning but he gave me a call that Sunday evening asking if we minded him taking care of a "no heat" emergency customer first before doing our job! It's clear that these guys really care about their customers. Based on our experience working with Chris, we can highly recommend The Shock Doctors! We've got a standby generator, definitely going to switch to The Shock Doctors for PM and service.

This week when wires started sparking in my basement, I called and these guys were there within the hour and repaired the damaged ground wire connection. Very friendly and professional guys. Cannot thank them enough for the help that day.

I own a home that is about 100 years old and the electrical was in a very bad state. I had The Shock Doctors come in and do a complete re-wire. Scott, Chad and Garnett arrived when I was told they would and they worked continually for 2 weeks. They were very polite and patience with all (there were many) my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable. They even went out of their way to pay attention to my dog, Wiggles.

Everyday they cleaned up after themselves and made sure I had electricity where needed for the night. The job was completed a day earlier than expected and I now feel safe.

Extremely professional and friendly service. They are not the cheapest contractor but they always provide very good value.

Chad replaced my doorbell button and fastened its chime more securely to our front hallway's wall. He honoured a $40.00 discount voucher that Terry Carmen (Shock Doctor's former owner) had given me before he sold his business. Obviously, the new owner of Shock Doctors is carrying on Terry Carmen's tradition of integrity.

Chadwick came to look at some electrical issues. He was friendly and very professional. After diagnosis, he repaired everything in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable. All repairs were completed. I would highly recommend The Shock Doctors. Excellent service and respond quickly.

We had an emergency with our disconnect panel overheating and the wires beginning to burn, so we called The Shock Doctor, as we always do when we need work done. It's been a few years since we've needed their service, but that did not stop them from being just as kind and professional as last time. We have a family member with a compromised immune system and I was told on the phone by the lovely Laura that they were absolutely taking precautions and would be willing to work with out needs.
