The service in this store is very special. The store manager and his assistant give amazing customer service and never try to "encourage" you to buy a pair that you are not 100% happy with.
The brand itself stands for comfort and quality footware.

If you want good deals, check them out (once in a blue moon) although everything else is over priced.

Very large location with lots of selection of all styles for men, women and kids. They carry handbags and other accessories as well. Staff are friendly and available. Didn’t find the style of Nike shoes I was looking for but if you’re not too specific about what you’re after there are lots to choose from. There is a large parking area out front. Store was clean, and prices well marked.

Staff were very helpful. Didn't have my size 11 shoe I've wanted for 2 months and never thought to order it. Sales person (#45647) was very helpful. She placed the order for me and said it would probably take 4 or 5 days to show up at my house.free shipping. We'll it only took 3 days:) thx for the great service and help!

This is a great shoes store the workers are ready to assist you in finding what you need. Polite and professional.

Went looking for men's shoes. Found not too many different brands, mostly Sketchers but I wasn't fussy. Staff were friendly and found that they can order other sizes and colours if the store doesn't have them on display. They will deliver them to your home or store as you need. Prices are standard, but they do have deals at times.

Always a treasure or two to be found among the faux leather or "vegetarian leather" run if the mill, munster shoes.

Selection of shoes is good but not all sizes and colours are in stock. I was assured I would received any emails and my email address was only for registering bonus awards. I received 2 emails within an hour of leaving the store. I'll be returning my purchase on my way home and going else where for my hiking boots

Nice selection of shoes. Would love some more sale deals, especially on muktiple pairs, but everything is pretty affordable. Mens size slections were decent, I tried on lots of pairs and the staff let me take my time on my own which was excellent as I am picky when it comes to shoes. I found most shoes had my size which is much more than can be said at a place like footlocker.

Convenient place to shop however I find it's very difficult to find kids shoes. Prices are not cheap either.

JOHN is the most unfit and unprofessional person i have ever encountered working in a customer service industry. He has absolutely NO interpersonal skills whatsoever. He is very rude and ignorant and because of him I will never shop here again. This guy is running the place down to the ground!

WORST customer service experience from JOHN. He is extremely rude and unfit to be a manager. Quite frankly I am absolutely perplexed at how he was able to score this position. YOU GUYS NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS FIT TO BE A MANAGER. You know, maybe someone with ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. This guy doesn’t have the slightesttttt clue what he’s doing. The csr who helped me out today her name was eri. She went above and beyond to find a pair of winter boots for me the style I want and gave me advise on water repellent how it makes the boots last longer she was so polite, listened helped out and that's what being a csr is all about thank you Erin ️

Called the store directly. Have the item # from the webpage and they will look up to see if your size is in stock. Picked up snow boots for my 5 year old the same day.

RUDE.
Person delivered the package was rude. He slammed the packet on the door outside of the shop (covid) went inside and stared at me. I had to avoid eye contact with him while picking up the package from floor.
Won't go there again.

Rude staff. I went in to buy winter boots for my kid. Asked the tall apparently senior sales rep to come for help as I wanted to know if a bigger size is available. Instead of coming to help, he just stood there and replied so slowly making it impossible to hear. Eventually, I went to him and asked again. Only reply I got in a strange way is that all stocks are there itself;he didn't even care to show me where are those different sized boxes so that I can find by myself.
Giving one star due to poor customer service and rude attitude.

This time of year, during Covid 10, knowing that a common size for Ladies is 7 or 8.is the size they never have

Stock is depleted for kids shoes if you're looking for Nike, Puma, Adidas. Only one size 10. Last low stock order online of course was cancelled, so this was my last ditch effort. Went across the street and found something.

I got a great pair of sandals here with good support.bear paws. I always find what I want and like here. Great selection and friendly staff.

Staff are friendly and not pushy. Prices are good but still need to compare with other retailers if you want to strike THE BARGAIN! There are so many styles to pick from for men, women and kids shoes. There is also a section for discount and final sale shoes, don't forget to check it out. The stock they carry in store is not the same as the website. Way more limited selection in the store. There is a huge free parking area right in front of the store. So, if you are driving fear not going there.

Very nice staff. Only problem, website says closes at 7 pm but they have put a paper on the door and changed it to 6 pm!

I went inside to buy 2vpairs of shoes to my boys, the tall man there has a mesrable attitude and very poor customer level service, when I just started asking him about sizes and other details he answered me in a very careless rude way which I don't like at all.
I will never think even to look at this shop again

Big store with lots of selection and big discounts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have what we wanted, but offered to order it. Shipping online orders to the store means no shipping fees if under their free shipping policy. Conveniently located in a large plaza area with tremendous amount of free parking. Called to inform the order arrived and pickup is super quick and easy.

Delt with Erin today, regarding a matter. She had given me some great advise on how to manage my footwear. As well, help me 100% on my product, even with the responsibility not fully on their product. Was able to make a second purchase today, with some great hunting deals. Much Appreciated Erin!

I went there to buy sorel winter boots. Walked in found them. Tried them on and perfect fit. Lucky for me i can wear kids sizes.

Did not find what we were looking for. But super friendly, informed staff on the evening shift.

Great shoe selection, brands and great customer service. Had a $10 credit that was expired and they still honored it. Amazing!

They have a decent collection of shoes but the staff are rude and lack knowledge of basic mathematics. Will take ages in the checkout regardless of the day and time and you will not get any of the advertised discount unless you bring it up and say it out loud!
