Bought a split king adjustable bed and a extra mattress for the cottage and Steve was amazing to deal with. I felt he was very honest and knowledgeable. This Canadian family business is a great place to get good mattresses and bed frames at fantastic prices! I totally recommend buying a mattress at The Sleep Factory. Steven is a very nice and gentle person. He patiently explained all about the all options he had at the store. We chose one and didn't get satisfied. We talked to him again and got our mattress switched right away, with no questions or penalties. So if you guys need a mattress, go to The Sleep Factory at Orfus Road, talk to Steven and sleep better!

Very disappointed. Bought mattresses and bed frames but what came to me were not the ones shown at the store. I specifically looked underneath the bed to see what kind of support they had and what I saw in the store is what I wanted so I talked to the associate and asked to make sure that, that is what I was going to get. He even said yes these are easy because you just slide them in the slots and they are not like the ones you get from IKEA.etc etc. But the ones they delivered to me were not the ones. Wasted my money, and they do not do returns on bed frames. I will not buy from them anymore.

Went to the Orfus Road location Friday July 24th, 2020.

This site is a scam I order mattress frame and site says 30 days and 60 days buyers remorse but they are refusing to take the bed frame back. They hung up me when I tried to set up return within 30 days and will reporting this scam

The perfect scam in Toronto has only one name and that's definitely the sleep factory. I bought the worst mattress in terms of quality but what is definitely detrimental is the fact that they wouldn't exchange the mattress nonetheless their policy says 60 days of return. I lived in Italy and I really like Italians however, the Italian owner of the factory resemble the perfect Italian scam. Definitely, I would not recommend this factory. In case you want to have a good sleep just find another store.

Great experience with this company! Bought the kingkoil pillowtop mattress and it is amazing! No pressure while exploring mattress options with Dean. Arranging delivery with Steven was efficient. And the final delivery with Jordan was great! Super happy customer:)

How to loose your money?
Simply buy a mattress of the sleep factory and you will have the guarantee that you are not going to be disappointed. Moreover, you will have the certainty that what you bought is a huge piece of garage where you can sleep.
I bought a king size mattress that was very uncomfortable and I brought it back (return policy 60 days). Well, guess what? The owner told me that due to the lack of a sticker (a piece of paper attached to the plastic bag) he wouldn't have been able to accept the mattress.
I will end up saying that it is the perfect masterpiece of scam.

I had the most wonderful experience with Nick, area manager. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, easygoing and just great over all. He made sure that the delivery was a breeze and made great suggestions as to the mattress that suited my budget.
I love my new mattress and highly recommend seeking Nick when visiting the store.
