Great experience shopping at Sleep Factory. Called in and spoke to Sergio on a Wednesday. Needed a new mattress ASAP. Went in on Thursday morning, met with Sergio and he explained all of the different types of mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Picked a mattress and he got it delivered that evening!

I dealt with Sergio at the Main St, Brampton location, he was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. I have fibromyalgia, lupus and degenerative disk disease among other health issues and through his personal stories, he helped me find the best Temper-pedic mattress and a better price then anywhere else I shopped. He didn’t try to pressure me, he was knowledgeable and made me feel like I was dealing with a trusted family member.
