It's not easy to find a good dentist. I'm very lucky to have found The Smile Collective Dental Clinic! I was referred by a good friend and they did not disappoint.

As a newcomer in Canada without dental coverage, I was hesitant to even have my teeth checked but they were kind enough to give me good rates, discounts and extended payment plans.

I highly recommend The Smile Collective Dental Clinic especially Dr. Jacqueline Geroche!

Got my implants and crown done here for my front teeth. They all look natural. They really care about customer satisfaction and are very organized. Great experience. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. J isn’t professional. There is more than meets the eye. Some people leave the clinic because of poor service here. I left the clinic because the original dentist that owned this doesn’t own it anymore. Plus, her associates that I truly enjoyed seeing aren’t there anymore. People leaving this once solid establishment is a sign of poor management.

I've been coming here for many years. The place is clean. The staff are friendly. They pay attention to small details. Lilian and Blanca always has answers to all of my concerns. Im happy with the services and would highly recommend Dr. Geroche and associates, the clinic overall.

Her dedication to patient well-being is unparalleled. It is evident through her passion, care and commitment to patient education on oral health. I am beyond grateful to find a dental establishment that prioritizes patient well-being over financial gain. Also, the reception team, notably, invest their time to help me understand my insurance break down rather than simply engaging in transactions. The practice adheres to standardized fee guide and maintains transparency in billing practices. Noteworthy is my hygienist, Cathy, whose gentle and meticulous approach has been consistently impressive. My heartfelt appreciation goes to Dr. Geroche and the entire staff for their unwavering dedication. The team never fail to show their appreciation! Looking forward to the next patient appreciation day.

The establishment was operated by Dr. V. Santiago before Dr. J took over. I personally left this establishment because my family had negative experiences already with her practices both in dental practice and cost of services.

I personally wouldn’t recommend this second hand establishment. I highly suggest prospective patients look else where.

Very friendly and attentive staff here, I’ve been coming ever since I was a little kid! Didn’t visit for a while though since I was not covered under my parents’ insurance anymore but as soon as I got a job w/ insurance I booked an appointment asap. I highly recommend this dental clinic:)

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever been when it comes to a dentist top class environment when it comes to experience making me feel at home family orientated environment. Dr. Jacqueline Geroache is the best.

This has been my favorite dental center since i moved to Mississauga. Cathy did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth. She is gentle and thorough. The whole team is great at giving you a pleasant experience everytime we come.

Been with them since I was a little girl, the team here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and have only gotten better over the years. They stay on top of appointments and are always willing to accommodate you if needed. The facility itself is clean and comfortable and it’s clear that care is put in to ensure that all proper health guidelines are followed and maintained. Never been afraid to go to the dentist knowing I’m with them!

My hygenist Laila is always so friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr Jackie always make everyone feel comfortable in her chair. I always look forward to my dentist appointments. Always a great experience

I don't usually go to the dentist regularly but I came to this clinic to get a cleaning. My experience was a positive one. The staff was very nice and friendly. The clinic was modern and very clean. Savana, the dental hygienist did my cleaning and she made me feel very comfortable, offered lots of advice and answered any questions I had. Definitely going back here again!

The best dentist ever. Every time I go to the Smile Collective I have an incredible service - everyone is so welcoming when you first walk in, hygienists and dentists are always so communicative about my treatment and are amazing at what they do. No long wait times. If you are looking for a cleaning, I highly recommend coming here - they won’t disappoint!

I just had the best experience with Dr. Jackie Geroche, and I couldn't wait to share it with everyone. As someone who has had several bad experiences with dentists in the past, I was very apprehensive about visiting another one when I had a really bad toothache. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Jackie, and I'm so glad I took their advice. Right from the start, Dr. Jackie was very responsive and accommodating, and made me feel comfortable even before I visited her clinic. When we met in person, she was very patient in explaining everything and took the time to put me at ease. She suggested I needed a filling and a root canal treatment, which made me quite nervous. However,

Dr. Jackie was amazing during these procedures. She had a light touch, made sure I was constantly comfortable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was extremely nervous, but with her help, I gradually felt more relaxed and was comforted by her constant presence. I was blown away by how attentive and caring she was. Because she was so great with handling my fear of dentists, I don't think I'll ever go to another one again. I'm so grateful for Dr. Jackie and I highly recommend her to anyone who has a fear of dentists. Thank you so much, Dr. Jackie, for the great experience and for making me feel comfortable again.

You did great with the injection, it didn't hurt and I thought worse of the root canal.

My first visit and I thankfully wasn't disappointed! Very friendly and considerate staff. The dentist was very detailed and took time to explain my x-ray results. I liked that he didn't just rush me along. The hygienist was careful and thorough. It was nice to have a comfortable cleaning. The entire team that tended to me including the receptionist were incredibly polite and helpful. I'm actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!

I've been to other Dentists for cleaning before and none were even close to being as thorough as Savanna! (hope I got her name right). She's super friendly, informative and empathetic.
My teeth have never been cleaner!
It's like there wasn't even any tartar buildup to begin with!

We are family of 4, we live far away from St. Thomas, but we keep coming back with her clinic. Dr. Geroche is awesome. She did great! Her staff are freindly. They tried get us accomodated despite of their busy schedule. She supposed not to come on Sundays but she did to make sure she can check my kids. Thank you!
