I had an amazing experience here after our washing machine broke. I needed to do my laundry and coming here was an amazing choice! My grandma had recommended it to me and the owners were incredibly polite and helpful like she told me. It was very clean as well and I felt comfortable while I washed my clothes. They have been here for years and I couldn’t recommend it enough- thank you so much!

I’ll never return. My dryer died today so went to use a dryer. He walks around telling everyone to hurry up, turns dryer settings on high when customers walk away. Including delicates that can’t go on high heat like mine. First and last time. It’s not busy and not near closing. But based on other reviews I agree. Rude and poor service.

I recently visited this laundromat and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and clean facilities they provided. The staff assisted me with any questions or concerns I had.

The laundromat itself was clean, with well-maintained machines and a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the seating areas available, which made waiting for my laundry a comfortable experience. The amenities offered were convenient. There were soaps and detergents for sale and they even had complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing me to catch up on work while waiting for my laundry to finish.

Overall, I highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Very kind owners who always have a smile. They’ve done very well with cleaning my laundry keeping them smelling very good and stain free. They also have excellent services for filling gallons of clean drinking water.

Washers have a hard time taking coins and very limited washers. Only couple large washers. Owner wouldn’t leave me alone and kept repeating himself.

The guy who owns the place rips you off every chance he gets, Charges $1.50 just to get change from a debit card and if a machine eats your money he won't give it back. Bring your own soap they charge $1.50 for a single tide pod, I feel like this place really takes advantage of people who don't make alot of money.

Had an amazing experience! As a young woman in my early 20’s I don’t always feel safe doing things alone, and today at the soap bin the owner made me feel incredibly safe and supported when I was being harassed by a man outside. The owner checked on me to see if I was okay then walked me to my car, and when the man wouldn’t leave the parking lot the owner told me to use the back door and made sure I wasn’t followed before I left.
Definitely will be going back!

Clean facility, friendly staff that is more than willing to help you. Clothes came out clean & fresh.

I went in to see the prices and how it works because I’ve never purchased giant water jugs before, and I also wanted to check out the laundry place because I need to do a lot of laundry soon and am trying to find a good place.

I took a picture of the prices of the water, so that I could remember them instead of writing them down.

Then the lady started yelling at me and telling me if I want the price later I have to call her and to immediately delete the picture or she will call the police. I immediately left the establishment and she literally chased after me as I was already leaving.

I’m glad I got to see the type of people I’m dealing with before I gave them any money. Something is seriously wrong with this place.

Edit: in response to your comment, why not talk to me like a human instead of immediately threatening to call the police and chasing me out of your store for taking a picture? Oh right, because you’re not.

Owners are Very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers, our dryer broke so went to this place around 7: 30 pm. The lady was first indifferent and then when I asked for coins proceeded to give as if I asked them to handover the entire shop, then a man from inside (don’t know where he was) starts shouting that I should not come for using dryer at 7: 30 pm, he was so rude that I asked him if he wants me to leave and he said yes and I picked my bag walked out of there (he was still going on with his rant), not sure why he was behaving like that because they were open till 8: 30 and I was done with 25 minutes of dry time at the next place. If they had any constraints they could have told this with civility but they clearly don’t know how to do that. Strongly recommend to look elsewhere

Have done much laundry here and the owners are fantastic super friendly and super helpful, machines are cleaned constantly amd in good condition.

Really bad customer service. That guy on the counter just gets aggressive if you ask him anything. First and last time here.

I STRONGLY recommend going to a different laundromat if you do not want to be confronted.

I have never experience such bad customer service. I went in to use the dryer before 7: 45pm today. Right after I walked in they turned off the open sign and closed the door even though they are open until 9pm. Right after my load was done in the dryer, which was by 8: 30pm, the owner approached me and told me next time I want to come in, I need to come in before 7pm or come in the morning. I said if that is the case I will take my business elsewhere. He then followed me out to the door saying that he is loosing money staying open this late and that I am the only one in there. If that is how you feel, you should change your hours to close sooner. Also, if you worked on your customer service maybe I wouldn't be the only one left in there.

My family and I will now be going to a different laundromat in the area. Beyond upset at the way that I was confronted and spoken to even though I was providing them with my business.

Very happy with service for our large, heavy item today. Was ready when promised and truly happy with how the comforter came out. Just as new and smells wonderful. Polite service at both drop off and pick up. Will return without hesitation.

Owner is very arrogant and rude. You can tell what type of business owner he is when you notice he only replies to the people who leave positive reviews. Will constantly tell you they are closing as you are starting to do your wash, despite what the hours of operation on the door indicate. I am more pleased to travel further and pay more than give this place my money.

Not usually too busy, friendly and caring staff! I love doing my laundry at this location. Its kept clean and there's a pinball machine!

I go here every week. The staff are generally very nice. The machines of which there's a fair range of styles and prices all very affordable. Only have had a couple of visits where people come in with an enormous amount of laundry and take up ALL the machines but 2 single loaders. Seriously people lol. Other than that it's always quick and easy. I've had their staff help me as well when my washer broke so the lady waved my fee for another machine and she had my issue fixed in less than 5 minutes. Ken and Tina are the best! They run the soapbin professionally and with a sense of hospitality. The machines are great at competitive prices. Free WiFi helps make the chore of doing laundry go by quickly.

Support staff was very helpful.very crowded and there was a horrible odor near the back door.not a lot of room to move around

Staff onsite a friendly and pleasant, if machines dont work properly the attendant is more than helpful to fix them. Machines are clean, and there are plenty of them. If the drum style machines are being used, there's always the top loaders which also happen to be quite inexpensive. Very nice place. Im going to be a return customer.

Welcoming and very clean. State of the art washers and dryers. Friendly staff. Plenty of tables for folding clothes. Lots of parking.

Machines work good but more focus on keeping the floor swept and clean hard to fold blankets with litter and lint all over the floots

Clean laundry mat woth everything you need. Just be sure to bring your own change as the attendant is sometimes hard to find.

Well kept for an older store. The only issue was there back door was open and while i was there there were 2 addicts sneaking in the back door to use the washroom for god knows what, 30 min in the wash room seriously!

The laundry service is very efficient and the best part is that they don’t hold on to your garments for too long. I will surely recommend them.

Staff rude, on the phone (personal call) - you interrupt them when trying to buy laundry soap or get change, They do not engage with regulars or even say hello. There is no room to manoever. Three plastic chairs and a tiny, wonky side table to wait oryou're in the way if you stand anywhere. Place is dated and not well maintained. Laundrysoap puchaswd does not smell like Tide nor does it have the usual consistency. Feels sad.

A good place to get your work shirts cleaned and pressed. They provide good service at affordable charges.

Lots of washers that range from industrial to delicate. Could use a few more dryers. Good hours, friendly mom and pa laundry mat. Good location with things around to keep you busy while you wait.

They don't have Wi-Fi and it takes over $5 for you to wash and fully dry a regular load of laundry. Oh! And don't forget your own soap and bleach, etc.because it's very pricey if you need to buy it here!

The best dry cleaning service I have ever opted for, the guys were really nice and friendly. Moreover, they deliver the items on time. I highly recommend this place.

Also their dryers are terrible and take forever to dry one load. I made sure to put the dryer on “high” only after the guy working the counter insisted I put all my laundry in one machine. It amazes me that people so clueless about how laundry works actually work at a laundromat!
