I recently went in there to purchase an adapter for my laptop. It took a bit of explanation to get to what I needed but we figured it out and I got it at an amazing price. The only downside is the constant inquiry about my phone plan and internet provider. I realize they are required to ask this and it is no reflection on the employees themselves, but on the company.

First time in the Source and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with all the back to school needs! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. David and his team made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Today I had a grear experience at the source kingston. My bell account got suspended and Robin helped me in restoring my account on his day off and spent 1 hour dealing with customer care. Highly recommended.

Bought a bluetooth speaker from here and thought i was never going to be able to leave.i wanted to get in and out as fast as possible and they tried to sell me a phone plan AND and internet plan.made for one of the lost annoying buying experiences I've had in my life for such a small purchase.oh and the speaker was already opened

I have been to this location several times since moving to Kingston. They have gone above and beyond in assisting me from buying Christmas gifts, to upgrading celular service, and even adding home internet services (all thru Bell). Staff is always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist clients. I will keep going back to this specific store for anything related to my mobile and home internet services. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service by Robin and Kritarth. They gave us very good deal which was in our budget also they treat us like our brothers.

In this fast moving world of ours people are very quick to complain about a negative experience, but seldom do they take the time to compliment a job well done. This e-mail has to do with the latter. Fortunately, today I had the opportunity to meet David Shuter (Store Manager). I am a senior who is not tech savvy by any means. I came into the Source with my cell phone which my cat knocked into the dish water. To say the least I was distraught. Thank goodness David was there willing to go beyond his call of duty and help me in every way possible. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and polite. David was able to restore all the information from my water logged phone to my new phone. While he was doing this he kept a positive attitude and used his wonderful sense of humor which certainly relieved my tension. It took a very long time for all the downloads so David suggested I leave, have a coffee, relax and return within an hour. When I returned everything was completed, I was thrilled. It is without hesitation or reservation that I commend the Source for hiring such a caring, knowledgeable, understanding and tech savvy individual. Today, David proved to me that the customer certainly does come first. Thank you once again David.

Went in today to get a new phone and trade in my old one. The man working was the only one there, clearly short staffed but he went above and beyond to help not only me but everyone else in the store. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, great experience

Dave was awesome, gave me a great Black Friday deal and managed to hookup my phone plan super quick, even when he had his hands tied on one of the busiest days of the year. Sweet dude who knows his stuff. If you wanna get electronics, get them from here for sure!

Ordered something online, go to pick it up in store and they are closed due to maintenance issues. What a complete waste of time

Great customer service! Always very kind and lovely people whenever I go in! I recently got the IShieldz phone glass protector through limited warranty and being someone who doesn't trust myself to do a good job of applying it, I went into the source and asked them if they would be able to help me apply it despite not buying it within store, and they were willing to do it for me, so I greatly appreciated it! Overall, good company and good experiences:)

The manager Emily was such an angel! She helped me with an issue I assumed could not be solved, she was so helpful and patient. She relieved such stress for me and saved me hundreds of dollars. I cannot say enough how amazing she was and excellent at her job she is.

Nice store but like other locations they no longer stock the electronics that they use to when they were called RadioShack. Miss being able to shop and get Mico switches, wire, connectors and such.

Didn't have what i wanted but the store associate without hesitation ordered it online for me n set up delivery to my house.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially the staff member who helped me, who offered a few suggestions as to where I might find what I was looking for, as they didn't have my specific item

Not very happy with customer service. I purchased a pair of headphones for my pre teen for Christmas. I discussed different ones with the sales person at the time. Not once did anyone mention to my that if the box was opened that I could not return them. Well guess what, my pre teen did not like them. I was going to return them and get different ones that he did like. But I can't return them, even though he did not even put them in his ear because the box was opened. So I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere for new headphones. I don't think I will return to The Source in the future. Had the sales person been up front with me, I may have a different opinion.

Came into this store for battery recycling a month ago with a batch of batteries in a metal sealed container and the girl working at that time was very friendly and successfully recycled my batteries for me however also shared with me that there were no battery safety protocols being followed (i.e. No sand in case of lithium ion fires, no acid spill kit in case of a lithium ion battery exploding and no proper non-flammable container to hold these batteries.) This put me under the impression that The Source implemented a program with extremely poor execution. This goes to show how safe this store is considering they sell laptops and cell phones with these types of batteries, but do not follow necessary safety procedures to ensure customer and employee safety.

I then come in a second time for the same thing with battery recycling, and the assistant manager Michael Oppeneer (Because this store cannot maintain a proper store manager) rejected me being able to recycle batteries when I came in store with the same quantity of batteries.

This store needs to get their business together; going from an excellent experience to a poor experience in one day shows a lot about how a work environment collaborates.

Not impressed, would not recommend to anyone.
