I was there to upgrade my phone and plan. The employee I dealt with for that process was very patient, professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. Another employee was also there and he helped me find a case for my tablet. Both were very polite, pleasant with a good sense of humour.

The service was great especially when the clerk had to tend with my friend who was in a terrible mood. I had to tell her to shut up and leave the poor man alone but later in the car I gave her whatfor. But I apologized to him for her outburst.

I was just at the source and all the staff were extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back due to the amazing shopping experience I had.
