I recently visited The Source to sort out my mobile plan and ended up having the best experience, all thanks to Soumya! She's incredibly helpful and knows her stuff. Soumya guided me through various mobile plans and offers, making sure I got the best deal tailored to my needs. I've recommended her to friends, and each time, Soumya's proven to be a fantastic resource. Kudos to her and The Source for having such a gem on the team!

I have been shopping at this store location for several years. I love coming here as the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Recently Diya helped me with setting up my Ipad. She was very helpful and will definitely return back to this store for my phone services.

ZERO customer service. Was waiting there for good 15+ minutes and no one came to assist, even after calling and letting some of the staff know that we had questions.

I have been coming to the Source at Erin Mills since 2011. Hameed is the first person I look for. He has always been so kind to me and has sold me all of my phones. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. Simply walked in to check if they had any offers for the Fitbit sense and I am so glad I met Hameed. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional. Helped me with my phone plan, home internet, added a new phone to my plan and all this for almost half the price of what I was paying.

Every one does their job but I have got the beyond expectation service in The Source store by Hameed and Shimoni, these guys go beyond limits and the level of customer service these guys provides, no other can match their level.

I went to The Source at Erin Mills Town Center today to purchase Airpods. I was not prepared for what was in store for me (pun intended). Roaa and Sana quickly greeted me with a smile and found out what I needed. When I said it was Airpods, they just didn't leave it at that.and I'm glad that they took the time to find out that I also needed Internet and Wireless services. They offered me such a great deal on both.that I walked away with 2 things that I needed but wasn't looking for, at The Source.

While I was there, I saw them and the rest of the staff tirelessly help other customers without missing a beat. Fantastic staff.

Oh by the way, because I got the Wireless and Internet services, I got n awesome discount on the Airpods too.if this isn't a 5-star service, I don't know what is.

Great shopping experience at this source location. Staff was warm and welcoming especially Jahzara who immediately greeted and helped me once i arrived to the store. She helped me find all the products i was looking for and was very informative with the phone plans in which i will be switching over too very soon. I will definitely be coming back to shop here black friday. Great store!

Looking for a product, some of the employees were rude on the phone.
I called this store and a girl named Jahvara answered my call. Very polite, professional and went out of her way to help me.
