I visit a store twice and both time service of Kiran is appreciated. He give me the whole knowledge about device and offers.
I’m impressed by his service.

I stopped in to check if they carried replacement silicone tips for ear buds. Although they didn't I was impressed with the friendly and helpful service.

I visited the store to setup bell wifi. Associate named omeir was really good and explained the deals perfectly. Thanks to him

Good service but don't buy apple products from anywhere or beats owed by apple. I bought beats on December 29,2022 and less then 3 months later I can't just exchange them I have to send them back. $300 headphones and they will repair them apple sucks with their warranty policies

Went in to inquire about their Bell bundle promos. We were assisted by Brian who went above and beyond and was extremely helpful with answering all my questions.

I went to this store to gather some information. The employee name is Kiran, he did an awesome job of explaining me things for more than 1 hr patiently. I would definitely reach out to this store if I need anything nextime.

I am giving only 1 star because of the way they I was being treated Iwas ordering the bell service's from there store. I had the tech coming after 5 pm but he didn't, he came at 3: 30 pm when I wasn't home. Reordered for the tech to come on Sunday. Never called or showed up. Went to the store again. Brian talked to Bell services, after he got off the phone he told me that the box on the street was not working and would be fixed by next year.
The funny thing is, we don't have a box on the street, or services comes from a room in our apartment, the landlord said that there was not any issue with our services. I was very disappointed with the way that I was treated and lied to. Not once but 3 times.

The way to explain everything is better than other store. Especially thanks to kiran Prasad.

I had the best experience at the Huron church source. My salesperson Omar was so helpful and found the perfect phone plan for my needs and budget. I highly recommend going to Omar if you ever need any cell phones needs.

Hussein was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hussein greeted me right when I walked in, and truly took an interest in what brought me into the store that day. Hussein even helped me understand some tech specs about some of the things I would need to complete my computer project. Hussein was able to offer me some amazing store provided deals as it was boxing week sale! Overall, Hussein demonstrated professionalism, respect for his clients, and deep knowledge of the computer and tech space. Hussein was able to walk me around the store and identify better products than what I was going to purchase on amazon. Much better quality and even cheaper prices! If you ever find yourself in the Huron Church Source, ask for Hussein.

Went there on boxing day to get an iPhone and Omar was our rep. He has the absolute best customer service possible. All the patience to explain and adapt everything to our needs, set up the phone, installed the protectors, offered warranty coverage. He was just awesome. And the best part we got a really good deal.

The service was good. They did try to entice you to buy extra insurance, even for minor things. Just keep your head level.

Using source for years, I have never had any issues with getting help. This store is like no other; the staff is phenomenal, helpful, and knowledgeable with the tech!

I had to come back in because I could not find the connector to the wireless keyboard+mouse I bought. The girl at the front was really nice and helped me out! Now I can get back to work and I would come back to purchase from here again.

Had an awesome experience with Matt and his team. They are very honest. Would purchase from them many times over.

I am very disappointed and frustrated at one of the employees. He's the oldest and has a very unprofessional attitude when I refused to purchase a plan he recommend. I was looking for a pre-paid phone plan and when I refused the plan he suggested, his face immediately darkened and his attitude towards me changed. When I asked him some questions about the pre-paid program that I was interested in, he impatiently replied "I don't know. " I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and I'm disappointed in this experience since I have been here once before and the previous staff were friendly, honest and professional.

Months ago I went in to this place looking for an item. They had similar to what I needed but nothing fit for purpose. The young kid was honest with me and told me they don't carry what I'm looking for. I thanked him and left. Honest guy and he knows whats in the shop. When I left I saw the old guy through the windows (owner/manager?). He rushed over and was chewing the kid out out. Presumably for not pressuring me into buying something I didn't need. I'd go back because of that young guy. I like decent people but the old guy is what keeps me away.

Get a different job with a better class of people kid. There is no way you deserved that, he's a world class arse.

I went to the store to purchase a laptop charger. Though they could not help me due to the small selection they have, they were very friendly. They took the time to search online the charger wattage strength needed for my laptop. Made a few suggestions where I could go to possibly find the charger I need. Even suggested checking HP website because it could be cheaper. The staff seemed knowledgeable. This is tje kind of customer service we need more of. I highly recommend going to this location

When these guys were RadioShack they were much better they seem like the staff were better trained and they had more selection of stuff I went in there looking for a variety of things and quite frankly I didn't seem to carry very much and I don't know if it was because it's a smaller store or if they're just cutting back and what they carry and specifically marketing either way I was very disappointed in the sales guy just seemed kind of not really interested and not very well trained

My wife and I visited this location for the first time today to purchase a phone charger. Staff were friendly and eager to assist us with our purchase. We ended up switching wireless providers as Omeir was able to show us substantial savings by making the switch! We returned the charger and left with 2 new phones instead! Great service see you soon.

They have good soldering wire, but otherwise it's just another cell phone accessory store. If they had genie microcontrollers and soldering irons and more toys for tech geeks they might actually live up to their name.
