Not sure if it was a rep or a manager, but there was a lot of swearing at a customer. Mind you the customer wasn’t a pleasant individual but dropping an F bomb every other word is not the right way to handle in my opinion. Makes me not want to come back.

I thought it was a nice customer service, but later realized they were lying to sell the product. I was informed that if I change to Virgin, they can provide a better offer. I asked the employee if there is any hard check on my credit, and he said it is just a soft check it wont affect my credit score. Guess what? It was a hard check. I repeatedly told him that if it was a hard check, I didn't want to do it. I'm totally disappointed.

The staff, Rohit and Naishadh, were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous in helping us upgrade a smartphone. The manager was also very supportive.

Thank you Chris for helping me yesterday successfully cast my Google Pixel Pro 6 onto my 10 year old television. Google made that cell so that you can't link it with an simple hdmi wire. Chris showed me what I needed. No upsell. It was the cheapest Google Chromecast and same price as Walmart. Great friendly informative service, thanks Chris.

Ismam is friendly and efficient. He (and the Source drive a great bargain;). I walked out with more than what I went in for (including a Virgin Mobile plan) and paid WAY less than expected. Gonna return for a new phone soon.

This place suckss.i went there all the way from the country 1h drive plus away and there is a huge line up waiting for the store to open witch should be open 30mins ago after waiting for 15 someone from a other store cane to tell the 10 plus people waiting its close for the day. BOYCOTT THIS CHAIN. Plus they keep closing all their stores.

I went to the source at billing bridge to buy a USB stick and I walked out with a new internet service and package thanks to the excellent service of the very polite, knowledgeable and helpful young gentlemen there Hussein and Hussein, and the manager Adam. After finding me the USB I needed Hussein H.asked if I was interested in specials on their internet packages, I said sure why not as I’m not happy with my current provider and he and Adam put together the Awesome deal with great package, lots of extras and $100 store gift card, and suggested other things to make things more practical. Really appreciate their professionalism and help. Will definitely be back.

I came about a week ago the store was closed with all the lights off in the middle of the day. When it says Open online.a employee cameout and told me to go to Walmart when I specifically came for help from the source.

I was shopping online for a specific laptop model and it showed that this location had limited stock on this item. I contacted this location on the Monday and spoke with Josh (the manager). Unfortunately they were sold-out and only had the floor model for this laptop.

At this point Josh looked at other stores for me but they were also sold out. He then was able to process the transaction for me over the phone and order me exactly what I was looking for.

Josh was very friendly and professional and assured me that it would take 3-5 days for delivery and that he would contact me as soon as it arrived.

My laptop arrived very quickly, it was there on the Friday. When I went in to pick up I was greeted by Josh and his staff, the service that was provided was outstanding.

They were able to sell me even more items than I originally was looking for, Josh was also able to set me up with additional services on my Bell account as well.

I am a Manager in retail myself and its hard to find great service like I received from Josh and his team these days. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this location.

Extremely bad service at Billings location. I called ahead to make sure the store had what I needed and, of course, when I got to the store, they didn’t have what I wanted after all. The senior person at the store could have cared less, was reluctant to give me the managers name and was very rude overall. I won’t be going to that location again and encourage others to shop elsewhere.

One of the employees on duty on Saturday morning 16th Feb, 2020 tried to take my personal information under the pretext of saying that is was a Bell requirement. I was only asking for a quote for home internet. On confronting them, one of the sales rep got aggressive with his tone. He refused to provide me with The Source customer Service number and his name. Absolutely horrible experience and potential theft of personal information under the pretext of saying it was required by Bell. I was at the Rogers and Fido store before coming here and they did not ask for my phone number. I wonder what Bell has to say about this? !

This is a small store, not a huge big box, so you can find the staff and always get assistance. They are friendly and well informed. And often items are in sale.

Although the service I received this morning was good, the young woman who was waiting to be served after me was very poorly treated.

There were two staff on the sales floor. One was serving me and the other was having a casual conversation with a client about whatever. There was no sale goin on there, they were just chatting about whatever.

This young woman came to the cash with a product in hand. She was patient and said nothing for some time but it became clear that she was in a bit of a hurry. She approached the sales person who was chatting away and was told "well tough, you'll just have to wait in line. " The young lady sheepishly stated that she just needs to make a quick purchase and that she was in a hurry. This salesperson replied with "we're all in a hurry" and continued his conversation like nothing was. When the conversation ends this "salesperson" bypasses the young woman to serve a gentleman who had just walked into the store.

That was seriously garbage service. It was unprovoked rudeness. I will be going back to this store this afternoon to speak with the manager about this. It didn't even happen to me but it very much affected my impression of this location. Garbage!

Ravi went above and beyond when helping me pick out my new phone and plan. Had to visit the store multiple times in the same week to fix an issue I've been having with a different product and he always greets me with a smile! You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, thanks for everything!

When they say they will call you, its basically an inside joke among the staff because they will never call you. Been waiting since 6 months to hear from them, they have had my husbands tablet under their 'extended warranty' for full replacement or repairs since Oct. Because they never answer the store phone, we have driven to this store about 6-8x and left every time without the tablet. The owner recently called and told me to come in and get a replacement after about 6months but when we went in - surprise - no tablet! Even after six months of going in and explaining it to the same staff repeatedly, they always act like they have no idea who I am. Buy your electronics online and save yourself endless grief.

I was helped by Youssef and Rabyin, both were very helpful, knowledgable, and had a good sense of humour. The store was in good order and they were helpful to myself and other customers.
