I had absolute no intention walking into the store today. Just went in out of curiosity to look around. Immediately greeted by the employee, Abu. He answered every single one of my questions with the same big smile he had when I entered till the moment I walked out with my father.

Very professional, the entire team of staff were very friendly. Explained every single detail possible assuring I was aware of everything. Assisted me and hooked us up with the greatest promotion.

I purchased an Alexia from the Cedarbrae Mall store and I returned it on January 10,2023. I am yet to get my refund and the Manager told me on February 6,2023 that I would get a call and upto now no call. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a store here in Canada.

I had walked into this store looking to purchase AirPods Pro 2. Instead, Abdul not only helped me buy AirPods, but paired me with an exclusive phone plan. The phone was an amazing upgrade from what I had previously and I will be returning to this location for future technology purchases!

I placed an order to pickup location as this store, they cancelled it and no information was provided to me about it. They made me wait 40 minutes to resolve this. I don’t recommend source for anyone.

Amazing, if i could do more than 5 stars I would! Adrian, Taaha, and Ixbal at this store took the time to help me when I was in a dire situation. STAY AWAY from The Source and all Bell/Virgin affiliated stores. The reps have all been trained to HARASS all customers with a PITCH about "promotional offers", TRAP you in a CONTRACT that COST MORE than offered, only to send you in circles trying to solve the billing issues. They TARGET VULNERABLE people (elderly, immigrants) as EASY SALES, PITCHING "in store credits. " STAY AWAY FROM THESE MIN. WAGE SCUMBAG SALESMAN.

Manager never at store they sell wife phone and its cost more than what i sign for. They liars and scam me.i call and they tell me come in i fix but they lie.manager never in store when they say.i want cancel and they tell me come back later come back next week until all sudden i can't cancel and have to pay $500 even tho i no use it.bad people.

Their customer is horrible. My boyfriend ordered Apple Watch and 2 AirPods the Apple Watch they said he can pick it up in 2 days after my boyfriend went there to pick it up they said they didn’t get it like seriously as they said he can pick it up in 2 days it should be there if not Atleast they could have inform it’s just a waste of time. He wanted to surprise me with Apple Watch but it never came on time. I would never recommend to anyone! I wish I could give zero star!
