The staff at The Source really came in clutch when we were in a pickle a couple weeks ago. Not only did they have the products we were looking for, they were unbelievably helpful and very friendly, making it a great experience (during a very stressful time). Kyle was knowledgeable and honest, made sure our equipment worked properly before we left, and troubleshooted a couple small hiccups. He also provided us with the fastest-charging phone cables I have ever seen in my life. Overall a really positive experience, and I will absolutely go out of my way to shop at this location again!

Had to go in between my double shifts so I was incredibly tired but the guy with the beard and long hair (his hair covered his name tag lol) was super friendly and helped me find what I needed quickly.

Not clear about customer warranty. Bought headphones with 1 year coverage. Stopped working within 2 weeks and was told by staff here that they could not replace them and could only be done through the manufacturer… Do yourself a favour and buy from Amazon, who actually provide customer service. This place is terrible when it comes to warranties.

Very nice staff. They could have made money on me but instead they were honest and have earned my respect and patronage. Thanks for being nice to my confused elderly mother.

Huge compliments to Kyle and Benjamin. My phone was completely fried, and despite taking a few hours, they never gave up and were able to transfer my data onto my new phone. They were willing to try anything possible which paid off. They were super patient and encouraging as well. These 2 staff deserve to be recognized.

Adam was able to assist me right away, knew what I was looking for, and did everything he could to help me with my issue. Adam seriously hooked me up in a time when I really needed it!

Excellent service from Gerald and two other gentlemen (whose names I don’t have unfortunately) for a cellphone upgrade yesterday. They were all pleasant and helpful with my many questions. I am very pleased with the phone and overall experience at this store.

The workers need To mind there own business, and not worry about every black man Passing through the mall, i didnt want to get wet from the rain and walked through the foodcourt so i can catch the bus. No where near your store buddy. I Enjoyed tweeting about this in great detail on social media with pics while i was waiting for the bus BLM

We had fabulous service from Kyle at the source Carlingwood mall. Our visit was for the purpose of buying a cell phone plan. He spent a long time with me explaining many different plans for a kids smartwatch. I was very happy with the service and the explanation of the plans.

I went there for Printer and I met Hali over there, She was so cool and awesome responding our questions. I recommend this store over anyone else in this area.

Ordered a TV on sale. It was cancelled a few days later with no reasons, even though the same TV was still available. At that point, the discount was no longer available. Very unreliable. Will no longer shop that The Source.

The price overall, is not reasonable in comparison with other stores on the same items of the same brand names.

Had a great experience replacing my older phone. The sales rep Kayla was extremely pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this location.

First things first: covid Protocols in effect here. Source located in Carlingwood Mall.
I went to the Source to look for a case for my cell phone. Luckily I found one on sale along with a glass protector. An associate helped me with my selection and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Lots or teck toys to choose from. I really enjoy browsing, and making a list of things I want to buy and save for them. The Source is a great place to shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank You to the staff for the help you gave me on my visit, I can honestly say I walked away happy. Cheers!

Incompetent employees, sold me the wrong adapter after I explained exactly what I was going to use it for, which forced me to come back and return it for the correct, slightly more expensive one. Then the employee rudely exclaimed that they are NOT accepting cash just as I'm pulling out my change for the small difference in price of the two adapters. They closed the till early. Unacceptable service, if they had sold me the correct adapter in the first place I wouldn't have even had to come back a second time.

I had the pleasure of such a wonderful and heartfelt experience at The Source by manager, Aaron. Earlier that day, I called the store to inquire about a specific headset that I wanted to gift for Christmas. I spoke with Aaron, the store manager and was informed that the product I was looking for was not in stock, but he guided me towards a similar product. I asked if it would be possible for them to set aside the product for me until I was done work that day, and they put it aside for me (even though it was Thursday, the day before Black Friday.

When I arrived at the store, I was nicely greeted as soon as I came in. I was guided to Aaron who had the product set aside for me and he rang the product up for me. I inquired about a Black Friday Deal they had going on about when you spend $50, they give you $100 towards a Cell Phone.

So little to my knowledge, I also left with a brand new Apple iPhone. Aaron was so kind, he showed me the balances and even offered me some discounts (which I appreciated greatly as I am a young professional). I would love to thank him for his service and how thoughtful he was to help me, especially the night before one of the busiest days of the year (Black Friday).

If you're interested in buying any products from The Source in the Carlingwood Mall, please ask for Aaron and he will make sure your experience is wonderful and non-forgetable!

Decent enough selection for its size, and the staff were knowledgeable enough. The store layout is inconsistent from store to store though, as well as not having a consistent logic to the layout in the stores I've seen.

Staff was very helpful at the Carlingwood location. Was very appreciative of all the good advice.
