My friend Yasir bought the phone and plan from Sara at a very cheap rate two years ago and he speaks highly about Sara, and how she helped him get his phone and plan, when I landed in Canada, boxing day was going on and somehow I broke my phone and couldn't able to buy a new phone because of credit card issue going on and my friend suggested that I go to Sara and talk to her when I met Sara, she is so nice and friendly she resolved my issue in an instant like a magician and I got the phone with a Bell plan at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend you all go to Sara at the Source store in the CF Fairview Mall.

Looks like Shivani is good when dealing with phone related business according to reviews but was not with me when buying a regular item. Zero product knowledge and unfriendly. No eye contact when addressed or addressing me. More interested in whatever paperwork task she was doing. Did not confirm it was correct item with me until after scanning it in. Told me total without tax when charging me for item but obviously I got charged tax. Gave me receipt and clearly forgot to hand me item I paid for. Stepped away, realized I was still standing at cash empty handed and then gave me item. Really careless service. Looks like unless you are buying a phone, the staff may not put in any effort.

Akbar was amazingly helpful and kind. He listened to everything I needed and did his best to get the best deal possible! He is truly the best!

Had a big online order I needed to return and the owner here was more than courteous and professional. Compliments to the staff. Would shop again.

I have ported in 2 lines from Fido to Virgin on 25th Nov. Deal was $40 for first line and $35 for second line. Before final step, I have asked again if there is any more better deal (reason being additional discount pop up that time on the screen where they are capturing the details). They said this is the best deal. After the transactions I was passing by the Virgin kiyosk same day, where I found out the same plan was offered for $30 and $25. That’s flat $20 less for each month. I rushed to the shop next day, they said they can’t do anything. Whatever sold the plan price will be same. They only bother for their sales.

Rude staff, bad customer service and lots of lies. They just straight up lie to you in order to lure you to sign a contract. I don't recommend buying phone plans from this branch.

My friend bought a samsung galaxay watch from the store. The product had connectivity issues and when i went back to return the product the associates was so rude to me and never accepted to take the product just because i was i week late. I even took the warranty for 100 dollars. Still they refused it

I went in to buy a Fitbit and Jamil was very friendly. He mentioned a phone plan promo that was going on. I declined at first but went back the following week and was lucky enough to get Jamil again. So today I came to The Source to pick up my laptop that I've ordered, it's not that there was a problem, granted it was my fault for not having my ID with me, (eventually, another employee helped me solved the problem nicely) but it's the fact that the Asian woman name Annie was extremely rude, possibly one of the rudest customer service I've ever encountered and I'm not even exaggerating. She was like that even BEFORE she realized I didn't have an ID, I walked into the store and she talked to me like I owed her money, I had to try my best not saying anything impolite back. This is the second time I chose The Source over Bestbuy and this happened, I don't think I'll ever purchase anything from The Source in the future, as I pay with money but got treated like I stole their products.

My husband and I would like to thank the wonderful staff member named Abu who made our shopping experience for a laptop a breeze! He was so helpful and knowledgeable allowing us to walk out with everything we were looking for, and even went as far as assuring we had ink and printer paper for our printer before we left! Exceptional service! Thank you so much! He is a very valuable asset to the company!

First purchase at the source and I am very disappointed. Staff at this store are Very unprofessional.
The sales person had either no idea or lied to me about the warranty She sold to me. It’s basically useless and doesn’t cover anything. Save your time and money and buy your items somewhere else before you get disappointed.

To future customers, please do not buy any product from The Source as their customer service is very unsatisfactory and their representatives also act very rudely when you call them for any after sale service. If this is how they treat their customers during this difficult times than I believe they will soon be out of the business.
Their policy is to return product within 30 days if you are unsatisfied but unfortunately it does not apply to earbuds if they are open. How are you suppose to be satisfied with the product without using it?
