Went there to get a sim. Buying experience was pretty good.
Lean Alejandria, great salesman. Moreover, an honest guy. I recommend people to visit this store if you are in search of a sim cards or any other electronics.

They were patient with our requests and helped us with our inquiries. The staff is well versed with their products and they are accomodating

My husband bought a brand new controller at the intercity mall, when he got home he started unboxing the item and once he opened it there was no controller in the box. There was 2x4 and few accessories in it. So he took it back to the store and was told he couldn’t get a REFUND or REPLACE the controller cause he had already left the store and bought it home, store manager is a a$$ and no help at all, if I could give ZERO STARS I would give a million stars WE will never shop at this store EVER AGAIN.

I've wanted a phone for a couple of months and have visited every store and enquired with every service provider there is, but just couldn't find something that ticked all my boxes.
Kavish patiently listened to my needs and concerns and provided me with the best possible deal that I couldn't say no to!

They dont pick up thier phone 4 ph9ne calls and I cant reach them about my 4 years warranty for my computer which costed $450

I went there every time I want something. They gave me the best advice for every product mainly Albin. I got 3 phones from there and they gave me the best price in the whole town. Also after sale service is pretty good. I also recommend to Albin if you are visiting the store.

Just writing this review so the owner of the store knows about something and you retain some customers in the future.
A week ago I bought a Beats Studio buds from Source. It was a sealed box but it didn’t have a warranty due to some reason. I called them up and the guy who talked was really good and asked me to come back to the shop so they can check and resolve the issue. On getting back to the shop, I talked to Albin, who was the sales guy who sold it to me. He had a terrible attitude and told me they are not responsible for it and asked me to contact apple. I told I already did the same. He was not ready to even try to resolve the issue or at least say that he would help me out. Instead, he just wanted me gone and talk to his boss tomorrow IF I WANTED TO. I bought the same thing from staples now and I’m really happy with the purchase and their service. I would never buy from this Source again even if it’s lot cheaper than the competitors. Business is not just about sales and offers, it’s about customer service too.

I ended up returning the product eventually but that’s not the whole point.

I had wonderful experience from the source me and my wife new phones purchase from The Source. The associate “Albin Roy” was super helpful and give me the great new deals and he is very friendly to the all cousmers

I didn't like the attitude of a guy working in source, thunder bay. His name is Albin. I didn't like the way of talking.

The sale representative had the worst attitude with us. We went to get a macbook air and the way he talked was so rude. I had so many purchases from their before and was always happy. Will never get service from that particular sales rep.

I had great experience and staff was very good and helping and albin helped me to get my new sim and phone. I had great experience of service from albin.

I was met right away by an AMAZING employee, Jonathan Verge. I came in looking for a laptop, which he was very knowledgeable and helpful with. He did everything he could to get me the best possible deal. He even helped me out BIG TIME by getting me an amazing new phone plan (which i was needing, but didnt plan on getting!) He did all the work, avoiding any headaches for me by dealing with all of the reps over the phone. We ran into a couple of issues (caused by my lack of ability to pay an old phone bill) in which he swiftly and promptly took care of. He remained calm and friendly the entire time we were getting the run around talking with the service providers and I left the store very happy and thoroughly impressed by the staff at The Source. Especially Jonathan. If you happen to get his help while you are shopping there I am sure you will be just as happy as I am! Thank you again Jonathan. 10/10!

Excellent Customer Service by Harsh Vyas who helped me a lot to get my product. The best part about his service was he walked me through efficiently and explained me all about the possible advantages and disadvantages in a way non-user would understand.

It is called an electronics store but is more a finished products boutique pushing headphones, computers, and televisions than an electronics store.

I had a problem with a sales associate experience, but then management fixed it immediately. Which was rather professional of them. They fixed it faster than any other store I've dealt with.

The staffs were quite calm and helpful, harsh vyas helped me in sorting out all the process of purchasing iphone 13 pro, which i felt very good about this shop, recommending all the peoples to buy from this shop

I Dealt with Austin at the The Source in Thunder Bay, ON.yesterday. Could not be more pleased with his amazing customer service. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I had smashed my phone and was worried I couldn't afford to replace it especially with the poor service provider I was with. He had me switch over paying less monthly for the latest phone and a better service provider than my old phone nevermind the bonus free samsung galaxy ear buds or discounts and promotions I had received.  I could not be more pleased with my choice to switch and recommend this great sales man to everyone! I give him a 10/10!

I was planning new device with AirPods but it was not in the stock which I was needed but Harsh helped and remind me as soon as it was back in stock. So, thanks to him that finally I got what I wanted!

My experience with the source has always been good. Especially one time I was looking into getting info on new phones and was helped by someone named Jon. He was very knowledgeable on this. He helped me out and complimented my original choice of phone.

Then on another day when I was gifted a phone from a family member. I had been locked out of the phone and my family member refused to aid on unlocking it. So I knew I had to find Jon again cause he was so knowledgeable on phones and Samsung. That when I went to him and got his professional take on my issue. It helped provide a professional advice for my family member to work with me to unlock the phone. I'm so glad I meet this employee and now I have a new working Samsung phone.

I want to purchase new phone and I was unaware of plans, but one of the employee at source named Harsh helped me to figure out correct smartphone and an awesome plan with that.
