I went in to change my phone plan and was assisted by Amanda who was incredibly kind and explained everything that I needed to know thoroughly! She also went above and beyond in showing us the best deals/promotions available I was a bit nervous going in at first but it was a great and easy experience c:

In yonge and eglinton Source. Two people in the counter, one on the phone (chris) and the other entertaining a mobile customer. Haven’t been entertained at all for 10 mins now. Just need to pay this damn cable in the counter

My favorite neighborhood store for electronics, printer ink, and the like. Phone packages promotions often available.

I had a bad experience dealing with the store and the store manager. I purchased something and for some reason the receipt was not printing which I believe they needed to activate what I bought. The store manager then asked for my card again and he said he will use it to be able to active it but I asked him to make sure I won’t be charged twice and he said it won’t. He said that he deleted the transaction already and the first charge will automatically be returned on my account. I called the customer service after a few days and they said they won’t be able to help with the refund as it was done in the store. The next day I went to the store to request for refund and again the store manager said to wait 7-10 business days and it will automatically be in my account. After a two weeks I called and asked why I still haven’t been refunded with the amount and the store manager said they will investigate and will get back to me and asked for my
Number. It’s been a month now and I still haven’t received any refunds.

I have a great experience with excellent customer service. I would recommend to everyone to check it out.

The very polite, nice, helpful and knowledgeable employees make me rate this place a 5 star. But NOT THE PRICES: a transparent plastic cover for cellular phones: $75 plus taxes. (Probably made in China for $1.)

Karan was absolutely amazing, came in to browse the store ended up changing my internet plan and buying a PS5 and wouldn’t be happier doing it.

But a gentleman was very pushy about writing a review in that moment

Karan was super helpful. Came in for some headphones and everything worked out great. He also introduced me to Bell’s smart home services and offered me a great deal. I didn’t realize Bell owned the Source; I learn something new every day (today I learned two things). Thanks Karan.
