Spoke with Anahita over the phone to check the prices of Airpods with warranty. She was super helpful. Explained the types of airpods, regular prices compared to today's deals, and what the cost of warranty is. She then let me know when the sale was ending, and if I wanted them to hold it, they could. But there was no pressure in her voice. You can tell she genuinely cared about offering great customer service!

Came for help for new sim card Anahita was very responsive and helpful and knows her job very well thank you!

I always visit the Source at CP mall and always get a good customer service. Everytime I come to this store, Editha helped me with all my needs especially with my phone plans. She is very knowledgeable and always give me the best service!

I was told I would get an offer pay 50 and buy smth in the store. I bought simple headphones and the phone’s case…it’s a double case…inside the box is just the cable…I have to buy the so called adapter…

The rest of money I spent I think is security…

Next time I might go for a real offer…

I added a cellphone and I got a very good deal from Editha who helped me with my activation. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and the Source at CP mall if you want a good service and promotion.

Amazing service from Anahita. She was such a sweetheart and very friendly. She was easy to work with and very patient. She explained everything clearly to me while I was getting a new phone (which we know is a huge investment nowdays). Hope to work with her again in the future.

Purchased a large gaming monitor that was delivered this store for pick up. The staff were extremely helpful in offering tips and suggestions. They also helped me carry it out to my car because it was a gigantic box.

Editha is very nice and pleasant to talk to over the phone and in person. She helped me.with my Internet and TV services. Best place to get your Bell services. Will be back there for my mobile phone plans soon.

TheSource in Centerpoint Mall is a great store for all your tech needs. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help you find the product that best suits your needs. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The prices are reasonable, and they often have sales and discounts. Overall, TheSource in Centerpoint Mall is a great place to shop for tech products, with excellent customer service and a wide selection of products.

Wyatt is super friendly and informative. Came in for headphones and left with headphones and a new phone. Got me a plan within my budget and for the same plan. He was really informative and accommodating to my needs! Highly recommend going to him as he really tries to help you out way more than you will except!

I have been having an issue with my bell SIM card, tried calling customer service many many times, they were of no help whatsoever and not even tried to help my issue. I was lucky to come here and Ms Aileen was so kind and patient and fixed my issue with all her efforts. Great help.

I just went there to have earpods and there i saw prince who help me a lot and i just told him my concern about my network and told me the absolute solution which i was seeking. In total i had a wonderful experience with him

I placed an online order for pickup November 28th for my boyfriend. I am located outside of Canada, so he wasn’t allowed per policy since the pickup name wouldn’t have matched. The manager told us that I had to change it on the website, which there was no option, then to call customer service. We called customer service to change the pickup person name, but they told us the store has to do that. The manager refused, said he was unable to cancel to the order, and it would have to be marked as abandoned after 5 days and refunded.

I received an email December 3 stating the product was marked abandoned but The Source was still taking money from my PayPal account as of December 13. We called customer service 2 times before December 3 to speed up the refund process and mark the product as abandoned, customer service said the store was not picking up each time. We called twice this week as it’s been 12 days since, customer service has to call the store to tell them to manually refund the product after marking as abandoned. The store didn’t pick up again. Customer service then moved us to refunds.

I finally got an email that I will be refunded today at 4pm December 16th. The website offers no customer relief, reassurance or support overall. The customer service line seems disconnected from store locations. Overall a negative customer experience. It took them from November 28th to December 16th to refund me my money for a product I could not receive or adjust for someone else to receive for me. Ridiculous. Felt like I was jumping through hoops. The store manager was not helpful, unfriendly, and overall not competent at his job since he was unreachable and the lack of urgency for customer support was insufficient.

I am very happy and satisfied with my custmer service experience at the Source in Centrepoint. Susana was very helpful in finding a solution to my mobile needs. I got the best deals so far. Thank you Susans

I came coming to the Source esp at Centrepoint location because of my good customer experience. I came to buy a fitbit but ended up signing for my Bell internet, tv and home phone. Susana is very helpful and she gave me the best offer. Will always comeback and will definitely recommend the Source to my friends

Susana is the best associate I have ever met. She gave us great customer service especially on our questions and gave us great deal on internet and on our phone plan. Go to her and other associates such as John, Edith, and Aileen.

Went to buy a new phone on black Friday, ended up buying two phones and getting a way better mobile and internet service. All of this wouldn’t have been possible with Amir Hoessein’s incredible service and patience.

Don’t know if Anahita still works here or not but if she does you should give her a raise. Hands down the best and friendliest customer service I’ve ever received across any tech shop. She is passionate and serious about this job.
