I had a problem with my iPad mini and had to get it replaced under warranty. Even though this store didn't sell it to me, they patiently assisted by setting up the new one in store as much as they could, until closing. Well done, good crew

The service at the source was awesome. Steve at Collingwood was exceptional (awesome service.).

My Sim card stopped working and I just popped in the store in Collingwood It was super easy & the staff was amazing!

Employees were nothing but rude to my girlfriend, who came in with a faulty charger for a laptop she bought from the store, only to be told that it was somehow her fault the charger wasn’t working? Sweet that makes sense thanks guys!
