I went to store to buy new phone. Cannot believe that u have to ring doorbell & have facial recognition. U have gone done a dark hole
I got in & guy was tending to 2 woman. He finally came to us & said it would be 20 minutes & that another salesperson was coming in. So we went for coffee, came back & it was still a long wait so we went elsewhere to buy phone.
Where I bought my phone was no locked door or facial recognition. I will not support that

We were extremely disappointed at The Source on Dorchester in Niagara Falls, Ontario - very unprofessional. We entered the store at 4: 15pm. Quickly chose our purchases and went to check out. Once at the check-out, we stood there for quite a while as a man was abrupt with the female employee at the cash as he was training her. When we asked how long it would take, as they were not connecting nor talking to us, they said « we are just closing the till.  » The store did not close for another 40 minutes. He continued the process and finally assisted us and then only at the very end did he say … sorry for thé wait. They had money on the counter and were saying amounts out loud.

If we didn’t need what we were there for right away - we would have left.

Either one of them could have addressed the situation when we came to pay. We was not aggressive to her but incredibly abrupt.

He never get your order right you could wait up to 15 minutes and line doesn't matter where you go

Rooshan was absolutely fantastic, he patiently dealt with Bell technical support for 2 hours and 14 separate phone calls as my phone won’t send texts. He is an asset to the Source and was so polite and friendly with me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He went far beyond any expectations I had and gave the best customer service. His higher ups should commend him! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.
