Avant tout… Superbe accueil de la part de Mr Amine qui m’a fait sentir vraiment reconnu comme si j’était un client fidèle alors que je visitais le magasin pour la première fois…
Ensuite l’approche pour découvrir mes besoins était très fluide et très professionnel surtout après que Mr Imad nous a rejoint… Ces deux personnes ne se contentaient seulement à me vendre un produit mais ils cherchaient plus à me satisfaire spontanément par moyen de leur savoir faire et savoir vivre… de la gentillesse, de l’assistance avec maîtrise, des conseils bien argumentés et de l’empathie… Ces deux bons hommes étaient tout simplement exceptionnels…

Had an amazing experience at the Source, all thanks to Saim! He not only helped me find the right converter but also set me up with a fantastic plan that saved me a bundle. Saim's friendly approach and great salesmanship really made my day. Highly recommend paying him a visit!

The agents are super reactive and you can find all electronic pieces but they are so expensive regarding the market, they sell Bell and Virgin Plus plans

Best customer service I received in my whole life. I was never treated in a store like I was treated by Mister Imad and Tarek. Imad seemed to know everything about his place of work, he gave me a very good deal I am very satisfied, this guy is a beast.

Imad, Mohomud and Abel gave me an amazing client service. I came there to get tech experts advices and they provided to me everything that i expected and beyond that, if I was not on a contract I would have changed my wifi and phone plans since the deals at this moment are amazing!

The worst customer service ever I have a three year warranty on headphones. Got a replacement the other day. The replacement one does not work went back to the store today and they said there’s nothing they could do. I still have one replacement left on file.
$149 down the drain please go to other locations avoid this location

Do not shop at this location that provide the worst customer service imaginable. I was going to pick up a pair of logic Tech headphones the website said they were available in the store. The staff did not show any empathy and they said if you have a complaint take it to the complaint department. Staff need to be trained I asked the manager for his name and he would not provide it. That is cowardly behavior do not shop at the store they did not train staff on customer service. I'm also taking this up with the corporate location.
