The Source

I purchased a new phone and transferred my phone number from another provider to Lucky through the Perth store of the Source on Feb 6. Kaylyn was very knowledgeable and got me setup perfectly. Highly recommended.

I regularly shop at the source for my digital needs. Recently I experienced a horrible problem that I think was caused by inadequate training but had no relationship to the Source. However, the staff at the Perth store went out of their way to help me anyway, by making frequent calls those involved. They couldn't have been more helpful and I don't know what I would have done without their help. Everyone of them gets a gold star in my opinion! Thanks to you, Adam and staff.

Cameron was fantastic and solved all my problems. He is a great asset to the Source.

Went in to get a phone plan and Sam was an expert. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so sweet and kind. Def will be coming back for future purposes!

I came in not too hopeful because when I have phone issues they normally aren’t that simple. Adam was able to help me and get my phone working right away! He greeted me right away and displayed great customer service. THANK YOU ADAM! Keep up the good work!

I won't be returning here - one helpful young staff assisted me while the rest of the team discussed which seats they were buying for the hockey game that night. When It came time to pay the hockey discussing staff ignored me completely and tossed my purchase to the further cash since they were using the near cash to look at seats. Only writing this review as they have a little sign up saying they love reviews.
