He very patiently walked me through the data transfer, updates, and erasing of my trade in phone, a process of 90 minutes. He was humble, highly professional, kind and diligent. Worth visiting

We've been looking to get a good deal on a phone since a long time. Fortunately we went and Charles gave us a great deal and also went above and beyond to get us the color of our choice. He did a great job!

They didn’t really want to help me or show me at all how to do it but this gentleman is so nice to take his time to show me and walked me through the whole process and now I could do this for free without buying anything. For someone that gets easily challenged with technology, Charles was very thorough and patient while explaining things in language I could understand. All that and leaving the store with a great deal compared to what I was paying in the past. A friendly and pleasant personality that included many other topics other than just the traditional sales pitch. No pressure at all. Went to The source last night with the family to find a better deal for a cell phone plan. Charles hooked us up with a sweet deal and saved us $200 that we were paying with our other major cell company.
