My husband and I just purchased new mobile phones from this store. Harsh was very knowledgeable and efficient with the transfer of our info from our old phones etc. I would highly recommend this source location as all of the staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful.

Went into the store to purchase a computer cable. The salesman who sold the cable to me wouldn’t stop trying to sell me on Bell products. I had to say “I don’t want or need a new phone” 4 separate times and the salesman just wouldn’t stop. Extremely high pressure sales tactics which makes the customer feel very uncomfortable. This store is very uninviting, the staff makes the shopping experience awkward and the sales staff line up and watch every move you do, just waiting to try to sell you on Bell cells phones. They literally line up standing almost at attention eyeballing every step you take. Shop at CANADA COMPUTERS or BESTBUY

Ahmad was a pleasure to deal with at your Dundas University plaza location. He is very knowledgeable and very techie. It’s good to see and deal with that skill.

PATHETIC STORE. Website said you had what I wanted in stock…get to the store and you have to ring a door bell for an employee to come out of the back to let you in the store. Can’t even walk in and browse. Get in the store and employee tells me what I am looking for and is not in stock and that I should refresh the website…I refreshed on my way over less than 5 minutes earlier. Will never shop here again. Would rather go to Amazon, Bestbuy or anywhere else.

The manager Ali (I think that was his name) was very rude to the new employee who was very helpful to us. Told us it was his second day. He was doing a Great job. Ali talked down to him for printing a gift receipt.it was very unprofessional in front of a customer. He humiliated the poor kid. I won’t be shopping at the source Dundas. Hope that manager can lean to treat people better.

Michael helped set up my family of five with an affordable cell plan last August and recently I went back for The Source and spoke to him about our home internet and television plan. He was extremely knowledgeable about different plans from different providers and advised me on the best plan for my family. In both occasions Micheal set us up with a plan with all the options we wanted and has saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Michael at The Source in Dundas to set you and your family up with a good cell phone plan and home internet/tv provider.

Needed a wifi adapter usb for my computer. Several to choose from. Staff (Ali according to our receipt) was very helpful! The adapter is working perfectly on my computer now!

Seniors beware. This store convinced my elderly aunt to change all her services to Bell from Cogeco. She came in needing a battery for a handset and went out with a new way to telecommunicate. You decide if that constitutes good customer service. Thanks to Ali, the associate who would not answer me when i asked if he would serve his own grandmother the same way.

Just like any source, except due to fear of "armed robberies", now they will only allow one person per employee in the store. At this location its only 2 person shop, so if you arrive with 3-4 people or arrive at the same time as others, u will be waiting in the cold until the others finish shopping. (This is in DUNDAS Ontario of all places. They make it sound like its 'straight outta compton.

Customer help is slow and brutal. Went in there knowing what I had to get and It still took forever. Only me and another customer in the store. I swear the guy helping me was high. Just brutal.
