Christmas shopping!
2 days before Christmas.
Sign says open till 5pm
Got there at 4: 45pm.
Store closed, front door locked and both employees standing at the front counter chatting away (not shutting down and cleaning or doing cash tray money count)
Just seems like they closed early to be gone at 5pm rather then open until 5pm and then shutdown, clean up and leave.
This town already has limited availability for shopping in any season let alone Christmas season. Plus alot of locals start work before they open and quit after they close during the week.
Weekends are the only time to shop some of these stores.
Was very disappointed the employees felt they needed to get home 15 minutes early at the expense of the stores reputation.
Somebody needs to have a chat with their employees that were working Saturday evening before Christmas. (2023)
I used to go to this store/location alot years back. Seems it's slowly becoming less customer friendly over the years and more so recently.
Glad I travel to Barrie often and can skip going here 99.9% of the time from now on.

I had the good fortune to have 2 of the best source reps in Parry Sound. The young men were extremely helpful and fixed my modem problem in minutes. I was prev on phone with Bell for 55 mins and no resolve. At this location I was in and out within 20 mins.excellent knowledgable reps made the process painless. Thank you so much…

It appears that this store has a closed door policy. You have to stand and ring a door bell to get in, If this is to continue someone should be at the door to let customers in rather than have them stand there in the rain. I will not go to this store again while this policy is in effect.
