Bought a phone case online, didn't fit (either the wrong make/model sticker on the box or the wrong case in the box). Got it returned, but man I'm getting tired of tech store I go into asking where I got my phone from and who my ISP is. I get it, that's the way the industry is now, but I didn't go in there for a sales pitch on switching to Bell.

Jay and his team attended to Austin and I well. We left the SOURCE happy with a good deal for Austin.

Bought new headphones at the source in the mall and asked the employee if the headphones were waterproof as i’d be using them at the gym.he told me that the headphones were completely waterproof and that there should be no worries at all.he then told me that the headphones were final sale and could not be returned after opening.as soon as i got home and opened the headphones case a note was in it showing that it was not sweat or waterproof at all. I do not appreciate being lied to by someone especially when purchasing a $500 pair of headphones that are now non returnable. Caution when dealing with this people they care more about a quick sale than to be truthful and get you the proper and right answers to your questions and help that you as a customer need. (as an edit, i also asked when the sale was going to which he replied today was the last day, but checking now the sale is still on going.absolutely disappointed in the service here.)

I bought some Skullcandy Indy Evo earbuds from there back in April or May, and they only work in one ear! I tried to do everything I could to get both earbuds to work, but wasn't successful. Not very satisfied at all. And because of this, I had to spend over $200 CAD for a pair of JBL Under Armour earbuds which thankfully worked.
