I ordered something online, had it delivered to the Lime Ridge Mall outlet, and noticed when I got home that it was an open package. Though they were meant to open at 9 p.m, I tried to contact and chat on their website to report, but I got no response. Always check the product before accepting it, and be cautious of this store. I'll update tomorrow after talking with the manager of the store.

The staff were too busy watching video on a phone to deal with customers. How does this place stay open?

They didn't have the right connector. Instead of brushing me off, the salesperson explained that just recently it was removed and I might need to search online.

The salesman that assisted me (Rawad) was very informative in phone plans and helped identify a plan that was suitable for me and my needs. I felt very comfortable in the environment and felt no pressure to agree to anything. Great deals and great service, keep it up Rawad!

This place is a small picture of scammers. The employee will try to convince you that they have great (deal) to sell Bell package but it's all hidden fee.get bell and regret it.
