The Source

I wanted to highlight a threatening event happened at the source while my son visited the source store few weeks back.
My son was just checking the speaker on display and this guy Sourau ordered not to use it and when my son asked why then the he started threatening my son to hit him on face.

I am really concerned about today’s society why people have so bad tendencies.

I really wish I could arrange some training for that guy to talk with people as his primary job is to talk. Hopefully his manager at the store will consider training him and ask him to atleast share an apology.

This was strongly a bad experience and I anticipate when you are running a public centric and interactive business, this people should not be on floor and atleast sufficient competency test should be done before allowing then to talk. This type of abusive, threatening behaviour is not at all acceptable.

I hope the store manager or supervisor can identify and investigate the concerns and address it fully.

Ordered a pickup item to this location since it was closer to home, sorry to say I rather drive 10km extra elsewhere. Terrible customer service!

Was there to buy a phone case just after boxing day. When I paid for it the bill was higher than what was displayed on the item shelf, the employee was like, sorry someone forgot to take this price off the shelf and did not offer to match the shelf price or even refund my order. I noticed it after I paid using my card and I just had to take the item, I would not have bought it If I knew it was on its regular price. My buying decision was based upon the price displayed and I felt cheated.

They took so long to give us our phone. Even sent is back one day and made us come back and still managed to wait us 2 hrs for that. (And they were just activating my new Iphone 14 pro) And Store manager is not cooperative at all!

Sales Associate Dhiral was very supportive. Good products and amazing customer service by Dhiral.

Lack of knowledge as to where products are. Asked to check the system as the online inventory was showing available and they said they didn't have it. After searching myself for the product, I found it on my own.

Got a great deal for my Samsung S22 ultra. The owner and the associate Ravi was of great help. Helped me gain more than 2 discounts on the phone and were patient through out the process.

Staff at this place doesn't really corporate and help with the needs of the customer. Really quiet and I believe they can do much better.

Manager is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Worse retail experience I've ever experienced. Please don't ever shop here. The other reviews are accurate

This place has to be one of the worst spots I’ve been too in awhile, they have probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. These are some of the most rude and clueless staff. I suggest to anyone that you do not shop at this place and don’t even bother dealing with the people there. This place is a no go for anyone that wants a good experience

I think her name is Rahman, she was extremely helpful towards me and my girlfriend today, she kindly talked through the process of the exchange and did not mess us about, I defiantly would recommend speaking to her if you have any issue with an item or need general information about anything. I personally will not be speaking to any other staff member if I have a future issue with any product since the result I was getting from the other staff was "there is nothing we can do". For this I rate Rahman 5 stars as I am a happy satisfied customer. Thank you.

Bought an iPhone recently from this location. Store Associate Reham handled the case and she was attentive and knowledgeable about the latest deals. I missed out on a deal but she was kind enough to give me a discount and credit, which was really nice and it allowed me to spend the credit on overheads such as case, charger and screen protector. Me and my wife visited the source at albion location to buy a phone, and we came across a responsible and humble sales associate name Mr Anas he convinced us to buy 2 phones instead of one. Furthermore, in between the process we encountered an authorization issue he went extra miles to resolve the issue we didn’t see frustrations in his face at any moment. So i had the worst experience at this source store.went there to get couple mechanical keyboards so the manager of the store rushing me and told me i can't look around products because people are waiting outside because of this covid19.he didnt even tell me his name when i asked him because he knew he did wrong and he was mean trust me dont go to this store and save your time and try different source location

This is a good place for odds and sods in electronic accessories if you don't want to wait for something over the internet
. Radio Shack Tandy have been a milestone in electronics for decades and still run a decent store

I honestly always have a problem with the specific location. One of the workers there are so rude. He started laughing at me just for buying a video game console and being happy about it. I don't feel welcome there and I am never going back.

Excellent customer service. So' friendly! Tao, my customer service rep.was very knowledgeable about the product and suggested other compatible products which I also bought with the main item. What can I say? Dude deserves a raise. Great experience overall at this location
