Fabulous customer service but did no have the computer I was in need of. The hunt for a all in one Hour Home Computer goes on.
It also has a CD DvD Player and Burner build in.

Dont buy anything here! They will not respond for any failure in products! Make sure if you buy something to return it at what ever cost ASAP, bought over $2k in products, 2 phones, buds, and watch and had problems with one of the phones. Store just switched my sim card twice "for free to fix the prob. " but it was just the turn around and loops till they could just push me away to telephone service provider because my 30 day store warranty had expired!

Price match? I am usually pleased with the service of THE SOURCE this experience had me scratching my head. I have been looking to complete my apple ecosystem with headphones, specifically powerbeats pro. To my surprise I happened to find them at the Eaton Centre location for a great price. I asked for the salesperson to grab them. They then said they were out of stock and that they could not price match or order them in for me. I then asked what exactly does your price match policy entail. From customer service to the store manager could not give me a clear answer as to why I could not get the item I wanted for the price displayed. Extremely disappointed.

Zain and Riffat were amazing associates! They helped me set up a new phone and even helped my sister get a phone for cheap! Would highly recommend this store.

Blown away by the phenomenal level of customer service I have received from Munish, Zain and Pradeep. These 3 clearly understand the products they sell, the technology in the marketplace, and what their customers are looking for. In fact, their commitment to serving their clientele is so genuine and is so noteworthy that I, as a millennial, am actually finding myself understanding the value of what a proper brick and mortar retail experience is and should be, I.e. Maroof provided me with exceptional service. I came in to shop for watches and maroof came to help me and offered one of the best customer services I’ve ever seen. He helped me sign up with bell for home services and my new phone! Amazing guy, reminds me of my son.

I received incredible customer service from Pradeep @ The Source under HBC. He is a very customer focused, knowledgeable professional who assisted me to save almost $30/month on my internet service! He went out of his way to also offer me a cell plan that would have met my needs to a tee, but I, unfortunately, wasn't able to act on it. Pradeep was great in helping me to understand pros and cons of products in a straight forward, trustworthy way. Because of Pradeep, I will go back to that Source time and time again.

5 star experience! Pradeep and Anthony are awesome and got me a great deal for internet through Bell. They are professional, friendly and know the products. Highly recommend this store to anyone trying to get a new phone/internet provider or other tech.

Another staff Maroof was in store. I was at ease that he was not the person helping me. When I met Rohan and Maroof, M was on his phone. I said hello and he replied without lifting eyes or stopping phone use. Not certain, but seemed it was personal use.

As I gratefully received Rohan's help to seek solutions and best offer, I observed Maroof approaching customers with same level of indifference. Seldom with eye contact, seemingly quite unengaged.

I hope this feedback is well-received as an opportunity for someone to be open to improving an exp for customers at The Source.

I received an email stating my order is ready for pickup but store was closed. In the website it shows as open. When called customer service, the lady was adamant telling the store is open you can pick it up from there. Even they don't know whether their own stores open or close. No apology for wasting my time and giving incorrect information. Also refused to cancel this online order. She refused to support. I asked her to give a call following day, just to know how to collect the order. She asked me to go the website and make a complaint. If not willing to help customers with right information why do they have customer service hotline? DO NOT ORDER FROM the source.

Why do I have to contact social media team? Long wait and jo answer. Please update your system instead of making customers call here and there for your mistakes.

Sneaky staff! The guy Jaevon got me to sign a Bell contract without clarifying about the cost, "throwing things in for free" but gives me a monthly charge afterwards. Would not recommend this store, nor The Source to absolutely anyone else

The crew at The Source in the Hudson Bay Centre outdid themselves tonight. I have never had a more positive experience trying to negotiate the mobile phone/internet/cable game, and I got my first cellphone in 1992. They all stayed past closing time (although Rohan was a but grumpy, hehehe) and Shane and especially Milind went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted and for the right price. I highly recommend this team.

This source store located in the promenade under the Hudson Bay centre habe a lot of stock and the staff are eager to help you. Yhey are actuallybhonest ie: i went to bu a 50 bulk pack of Energizer batteries because they were on sale fkr 18.99 but the salesman said "we have tbe Duracell brand on sale as well. The same amount per pack but only $12.75 i thanked him and have frquented that store often.

This is the worst ever source store I have ever visited. I have more than 10 products bought from source. Just because of the worst and rude behaviour of the employees in this store, i made up my mind not to visit source again.

I had a product to be replaced. I came on day 1 and they said they can not do a replacement.

I called the source customer service and they said that my product can be replaced. I even asked the customer service to send a mail to this store describing that my product can be replaced. They even sent a mail.

I visited this store on day two. Despite getting the mail from their customer service they were not ready to replace my product. And the way they looked at me, i can tell one thing it was humiliating with the mix of racism.

I would advise none to visit this store.

They literally spoiled my all good opinion about source.

I can't say enough about this location, it's smaller but they have a large stock room and the staff are extremely helpful. If your anywhere near Yonge and Bloor and need some decent electronics, this is worth a look-see

This is the worst customer service experience I had ever. I went there looking for screen protector, they told me that the screen for my device is not available. Suddenly they tried pushing me to subscribe for a telephone plan. I told them that, I was their only to look for screen protector, eventually they didn't listen at all trying to trick me further to take my number and other details. That's was all in all unacceptable. If there were a supervisor around I Am happy to report, because I didn't want that to happen to any one else.

It's a rip off store; I got steam $70 on prepaid cards and I got charged $9 on tax. From source online store, I pay only pay $2.60 in tax. Not worth it. At least customer service was good.

Staff seemed helpful at the time. I was offered a Bell internet package that would include extras and looked like a good deal to reduce costs bundling what I was already paying for (Crave +HBO included with the internet package price). However, when the order went through the HBO was apparently NOT included in my order. Was basically lied to, and calling into Bell to try and get it resolved got me nowhere.

Not at all happy with the end result, will not return and do not recommend.

Terrible store. Staff are young, very pushy and keep extremely significant details hidden from you. They are basically dishonest, outright lie and are only trying to make a sale. Especially if you are an older woman watch out. Read the fine print very carefully as they will not tell you the truth about the item/ contract. Avoid this store.

I was looking for a replacement for my USB C to C cable because I had bought the extended warranty, but they seem to have discontinued most of them for some reason. They didn't have any at this store, but RJ looked it up and called several other stores that had it in stock on the computer until he found one that actually had one that they could ship over. I'm very grateful for the time he spent looking for this cable, and looking for other cables that might be able to replace it. 11/10 service

The staff doesnt help at all. No one knows anything about the products. They say something on the product and when we show them something else written on the box, they say well u know now it is there. Very bad and arrogant staff. Only pretty ladies get attention from all staff members and men are left unattended even thiugh there is just a lady and a man as customer and 7 staff members. Flirty non professional staff

The shop is an ok place to stop if you happen to be in the Hudson's Bay Company Center. As far as electronic stores go this particular store has a decent offering for such a small shop. That says the range of products available is someone limited and in addition to this is quite expensive. I recently purchased a two pack of quadruple a batteries for one of my devices, and my total came to around $25 after tax. Beyond the cost of the store and The Limited range of products available one other issue that I had was the lack of knowledge of the staff. While I was at the store I looked at a tablet that I seen elsewhere and was interested in and the staff was largely unable to have a meaningful or productive conversation about the display. They are however helpful and professional and I do appreciate that.
