I started my bell journey yesterday. Super excited to explore my new phone i got from Source. The guy Ryan help me a-lot to get me best deals as possible. Thanks Ryan will see you again.

Walked around the mall on Monday and went to every mobile kiosk looking for quotes on a a phone plan. Freedom mobile was $1.00 more expensive so I went with The Source. Shenan was very helpful and set up a phone plan that works with my budget. Friendly staff.

Seriously? The second visit and second time i get disrespected by the same person in front of your personal and your customers? Everyone was saying that Pav is like that just ignore it! So this a new normal? Manager hiding in the back. Already made i complain about the same person and he kept doing it anyway. What kind of messed up customer experience is this? Should let him say what ever he wants? Seriously.
Quickly and just get them out he said! Am i in his own property? His house? He's doing me a favor? Do the source even care?

I had a wonderful experience at the source here in square one. My and my family have all bought new phones from the source at great deals and with excellent help from Pav. He has really set the bar for us, and made the whole process super simple and quick. Will definitely be visiting again:)

I went there to buy a new cellphone. The guy who was assisting me was a trainee he was so desperate to sell me the deal. Initially we agreed for the deal as 0 down payment and 100 dollars credit from bell but he used my credit without even asking me and when i asked him about the credits he said that he used them to reduced the phone monthly payment.also he promised me that he would get me the phone case in the same deal for free but when everything got done he asked me to pay $60.he totally made a U-turn from the deal we had.also when the Manager ANTHONY came he was super rude guy he cancelled my whole contract and even my contact number got cancelled i had to visit another store to get my number again. "THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PEOPLE THERE"

I just want to say this store has the best customer service ever. I was greeted by Janelle as soon as I walked in. I told her I wasn’t looking for a new phone or anything that I just wanted to see the new iPhone and flip phone. She asked to review my account and because I honestly had nothing else to do I let her. Well well well… low and behold and not to my surprise she let me know my current service provider Bell was over charging me for absolutely nothing. She managed to change my phone plan to better suit my pockets and cut my phone bill from 160 a month to 75 a month. Thank you Janelle I appreciate you for saving me money. I give this source 10/5 because you guys have ppl working here that aren’t ripping ppl off.

Usman helped me and my family get set up with a great deal on a small business phone plan! His customer service was exceptional, we got there right before his shift was going to finish but he stayed to make sure we were satisfied and went home happy! I have had nothing but ONLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE shopping at the Source, Square One. I got my cell phones switched to Virgin, my home internet moved to Bell, purchased an Ipad 4, accessories, Nintendo Switch, Pokemon game and every time, the experience has been great. All the associates I dealt with are very helpful, Usman, Pav, Jazz. A special mention goes out to Jazz for going above and beyond every single time and being proactive in providing necessary information. He always took the time to respond to my enquiries and made all our purchases, new account registrations SEAMLESS! Thanks Jazz, you have been fantastic! Kien was simply amazing. Polite, professional and courteous but above all he was honest did not try to upset me or cheat me out of money. Very happy with the service and definitely recommend checking them out if you need any tech advice or products.

This store is a joke, I went to return a watch I got for Christmas due to compatibility issues and couldn't get cash back because it was purchased in December of 2020, if I could've returned it then I would've but we were in a lockdown. Aswell while I waited for the sales associate to deal with this he was talking on his phone during work hours and wasn't even giving my situation full attention. In the end I got a gift card to a store I don't even or would probably ever shop at especially with the way I was treated. I just wanted the money back so I can use it towards something I needed now I don't know what I'm going to do with this card to a store I never want to shop at again

I went to this store really excited but this store and its employees all do false advertisement and sold me an expensive warranty for my headphones and then refuse to replace them, i am never coming back here ever again even one star is too much they should get negative 10 stars. Useless store. PLEASE dont waste your money here

I mean - it's the source. They've been going downhill for a while, and always have quite messy stores. But if you're looking for some wire or quick headphones, I guess it'll do. Get ready for them to push for bell phones while you're there though

I must say Kien customer service was above & beyond, after I couldn't find a laptop online at many stores I entered Sq1 location a d had the pleasure of meeting Kien. He tried searching at many other store locations and even called to confirm after 40 mins he located the laptop I was interested in and had them ship it to The Source in SQ, 1 Mall. They called me 2 days ago and I picked it up.absolutely great service hard to find and hardly see now a days. Definitely be buying from the again soon.

Useless store I don’t know how this store has a rating this high. No one bothers to pick up the phone here. Been mentioned in the comments before and someone from source replied to that comment but still the same. Called about a laptop that was on sale and it was really urgent saw that there was limited stock at this location only, after 30 calls to the store someone finally picks up and sounds clueless as to what I’m asking. If you don’t care about your customers don’t expect people to come in and buy from you.stay away from this like a plague

Edwine was amazing, she helped me get a new phone and a much better phone plan that was kept with my needs and best interests in mind, and was lovely to interact with!

Their associates lie to you to get you to sign up for bell internet. They told me that the first 30 days are free and there is no installation fee. Both of which are not true.

The best store for mobile, connection and other accessories. Special thanks to the person named Kien on the store. He has not only helped me to get a good deal for a phone and connection, but also has continuously checked with higher officials throughout the week so that I get what I exactly want. Kien is the best person to get things done in Source Square One. He even has promised to check if the Black Galaxy Watch Active is there and also he can help in exchange of the current watch. Any worries, I would recommend my friends and others to meet Kien. 6 stars from me.

Avoid this company like a plague. I bought cash codes from their online store which turned out to be faulty. I contacted the customer representative and they said it's non refundable that I should contact Sony.

Imagine that? No empathy for customers and clients.

I had a great plan with another carrier but he was able to match my plan with a BETTER PHONE and overall cheaper plan. Friendly and super generous.
From my experience, he'll make sure that you save your money as well as provide some insight as to which plan/phone suits you best.
He works with your budget, so there's no need in worrying about paying extra fees, he's got you covered. He'll look out for you after signing up with a plan to make sure you're satisfied so I couldn't recommend him enough. I'm glad I dropped by here and also thrilled with the fact that I can take amazing photos now with my new iPhone XR.

Ordered a TV to this store, they said it was in so went to pick it up. Employee brought me the wrong tv and when I pointed it out, he still had no clue. He put it in the back and said come back another day. Didn't give me any documentation. I spent the next week, 1 hour a day, on the phone with customer service to rectify the order. It has now been 3 weeks and I still don't have my TV.

In a segment largely dominated by Best Buy, this outlet of The Source stands like the last bastion of smaller electronic retailers.

The store layout was nice and clean with smaller electronic items laid out well. We had come here soon after Black Friday and so the rush and crowds were absent. We were well attended to and their sales associate Kien took gave us good service.

We went in for a completely different product than what we walked out with. Thanks to some good deals available and Kien's persuasive pitch.

All in all a good alternative to Best Buy for smaller sized electronics.

I was at the Square One location last week with a friend and we spoke with Edwine. She answered all our questions on cell phones, home security and all the packages offered by Bell Canada. She was very knowledgeable on all topics and had the patience to talk too and explain these items, to two seniors who are not really up on all the new technology. It was a pleasure to speak with her, we felt that we understood what was discussed on these subjects and left The Source feeling much more informed. We prefer to speak with a female associate, as they seem to be more patient with seniors for one and don’t skip any steps in information provided, which then leaves us still confused. There needs to be more employees like Edwine and if you are hiring new employees, look for people like her. She is the type of employee that I would certainly look for if I were in business. You are very, very lucky to have her as one of yours. This was the only time that either my friend or I left a store of any kind, that we felt that the employee actually cared about helping us. Thank you Edwine and don’t ever change how you assist customers, you were and are terrific.

Got a great deal on a new phone. Kien and Vishnu were very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the phone I specifically wanted at the right price. This man called up multiple stores in Canada for the one I wanted. Kudos to their service!

He was very helpful. He walked me through the different options I can choose from. He also suggested me competitive phone plans. Unfortunately I just moved to a different plan recently and was locked for 2 year.

Responded promptly & courteously for all my questions. Even replied to my text messages after hours late at night. The phone color I requested was on special order, Anshul the store manager gave me a different color phone to be used until my special order arrived.
