I was very, very impressed with the customer service I received yesterday. Kamrul pushed so hard for my spouse and I to be able to have a new phone plan with a new company [bell] And to receive the best deal. We were there for a few hours but the hospitality i recieved and great customer serviceade time fly. I can't think him enough for his generosity and his hospitality. If you are going to the source at the pickering town center. I really highly suggest you see him. As he will do what his necessary to provide you, excellency And quality.

A great big thanks to Mohsan at Pickering Town Centre The Source. He was an excellent customer service rep; He put no pressure on us. We knew what we wanted and he also sold us some great products from Bell. We’ll be trying out bell Fibe, and in a few years or maybe months we’ll try Bell cellular. Mohsan is friendly and approachable, and a great face for The Source!

I was in the Pickering store on December 28,2021. I was returning an iphone I had just gotten a few days prior. I had tried to transfer data back to my old iphone and it wasnt working. Kimora helped with the whole process and it was a long one! She took her time unselfishly to help me and in doing so missed her break. After about 1.5 hrs, success. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.

Went late on a weekday and was worried I wouldn’t get helped but there was a kind rep named Mike who was able to help us switch phone plans within closing hours. We really appreciated his quick help - within 10 mins we were on our way. Mike was great to work, extremely kind and professional.

Good, friendly service Had to return am item. No problem. Unfortunately could not find what I needed otherwise.

Do not order anything and request to pick up at the store. I ordered my son's Christmas gift, it was delivered to the Source the day after. A staff signed and collected it from the delivery person. I have been in the source 7 times to pick up my item, 7 times they check my ID before go checking if my item was there. They kept saying it was not in as yet. I contacted the Online order team after being frustrated. They told my my item was delivered the day after it was ordered and signed for and collected by a staff. (I wont say his name)
They offer to ship another one, however, the item was out of stock, so they offered me a refund. I still did not recreceived my item. I had to go to Best Buy to buy it all over again and pay even more, in order for my son to have a Christmas gift. The source up to day, has not refunded me a yet. Only the shady staffs knew exactly what happened to my item.

I bought a type-c cable for my phone and a portable charger. Both are working amazingly and the customer service was top notch!

Dunno. Lots of staff who keep looking up stuff on their phone. Guess they don't know about the products they sell.staff were not eager to help or sell. Very strange.

Don't believe on whatever promos they offer.they offered us to get additional tablets in our Bell mobile plans and ended up messing our account! They would give you lame excuses that they overlooked that it was for a different promo.jesus! Stay away from these people they don't know what they're doing!

I went in for replacement tip for the soldering iron I purchased from the same store. The clerk laughed audibly and said no. Why does this place exist?
