Went to the store today to get a friend’s phone. I was attended by Shivam and James and I must say they were very efficient. Shivam was very fast and guided us through out. James explained us the deals and promotions running and gave us the best offer. We faced some issue with the e-sim after installation but without any delay the manager Sahil assisted us. He made sure we do not face this issue again and apologised for the inconvenience. Must recommend and I’ll be visiting again pretty soon.

Sign of the times: Nearly everything in the store is locked up to some degree. So, just to look at a product, we had to stand in line, since all staff members were at the tills. But the staff were pleasant despite grouchy customers. They still carry those neat gadgets as well.

So FYI, dont believe anything they tell you when you call corporate.if you buy something online you can't return or exchange it in the store. Even though they tell you you can. 4 stars because the store staff was very helpful.
