Was missing item and being unreasonably called to come back to pick up the order during the rush hour in the evening on Friday.

The staff here are so nice. We wandered in off the street and the food was absolutely delicious! We had the chicken souvlaki on a salad, the large one with two skewers, and it was a perfect lunch for two people to share. Everything was great - the meat was amazing, honestly some of the best souvlaki we’ve ever had, and we went to Greece in November 2022 together for 10 days

Well don't trust the prices online on the current website. Gyros are 10.95 plus tax instead of the advertised menu of 8.95. They are so stressed out when you order and pick up from this location that for my own peace of mine I have to stop ordering from them.

Delicious healthy food, friendly staff and they serve beer too which is a plus! Nice patio outside in the summer. Highly recommend to grab a quick healthy affordable bite.

The food there made my day! Absolutely delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommended this place to everyone. The location is good close to te beach and there is also a parking spot there which was very helpful. The prices are very low for the big portions and the quality they deliver.

I recently visited Souvlaki Hut and had an incredible experience. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. The standout was Valentino, who provided exceptional service with his kind and attentive demeanor. I highly recommend Souvlaki Hut for their tasty souvlaki and the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Foods basic and just alright. Guy at the cash has an attitude. They don’t give any napkins. Asked me if I wanted cutlery, I said yes but was never given them in my to go bag.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The size of my wrap. Add it impossible to eat without a fork, but that’s a compliment!

Stopped by on Wed. Mar. 15 on my way to the beaches boardwalk. I was greeted by a very kind lady at the counter. I ordered a gyros on a pita for a dine in. When it was brought to my table, I was surprised by how much meat was stuffed in the sandwich, let alone the veggies as well, and very tasty. I must say, I will be returning again when in the area.

GOT FOOD POISONED! Stay away from this restaurant. I purchased their Souvlaki Chicken and Yogurt drink on March 26 and got food poisoned. I spent 7 hours in ER and was so scared for my baby, being 18 weeks pregnant and getting food poisoned is not a joke! I hope the city of Toronto would do an inspection at this restaurant.

Ordered for takeout. Twice it was amazing. Best Greek food around. Really great salads and tasty cinnastix. Fast and hot!

We had the chicken and lamb souvlaki with some salad and fries. Tha lamb was outstanding; tender and cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy. Great lunch spot.

The manager of this place who ever picked up the call around 0500 PM today is the rudest individual you could encounter. Has absolutely no manners speaking to a customer, falsely blaming the customer for not doing his job.

Horrendous experience, won't be back. I ordered apple juice with my daughter's meal and we didn't receive it. Turns out the woman taking the order didn't hear me since it wasn't on the receipt. Fine, not a big deal. Waited a very long time for our food which seemed like a good sign since they were busy with online orders but then people who ordered after us received their food first. We took out food to the car, planning to eat there but there was no cutlery provided so our plan was revised to eating at home. I had ordered gyros with no tzatziki (mild dairy issues) and no tomatoes. When I unwrapped it at home, huge amounts of both, so main course was wasted. Potatoes and rice were fine but bland and my daughter said the only good part of her meal was the french fries. There are so many better places than this so I won't waste my time and money again.

Ordered 2 small souvlaki dinners yesterday and it was absolutely awful and not worth $58.
The food was flavourless, dry, undercooked rice, asked for extra sauce and didn't get any sauce. The chicken was burnt black to a crisp.
Do not recommend!

Terrible in every way. Constantly making errors in orders and when confronted (repeatedly) the owner (or manager?) himself is rude, unhelpful, disingenuous and dismissive. Most recently when I asked one of his staff members if I could speak with him, he shouted that he was “busy” (I was the only person in the store) and wouldn’t even turn around to face me as I voiced my complaint - he kept his back turned to me the entire time. We gave them the benefit of the doubt more than a few times - four strikes, you’re out. 0 out of 5 stars.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Tried the Greek salad in many different restyaround town, but Souflaki Hut has the best.

The food is delicious and fresh, avoid the busy times during covid because staff seemed overwhelmed and delayed by order twice.

Have ordered several times now. Delicious food, generous portions and reasonable prices. The lamb souvlaki on a pita was phenomenal!

I ordered from here last night had never had a problem but I had asked for greek fries got regular fries they were brown almost black from the oil not being changed. Very disappointed in the quality of food.

This place is our go-to place when we have a craving for Greek food. The food is delicious and of great quality and whenever we order we always have leftovers that I enjoy again the next day. We ordered the lamb and pork dinners and the food was delicious. Also the owners are very friendly and courteous and their kindness and decency is very much appreciated. The location is a little out of our way but the quality of the food and the friendliness of the owners is worth the drive to order GREAT Greek food!

Great customer service, went there for the first time with my friend who is a regular there, he has diet restrictions and they have his customized order memerized! I was very impressed! I got a Gyro meal and it tasted delishish and they brought it right to our seats. Lovely people, great food!

The people working there are very nice. However often their Tazikiki Sauce is very bland. No flavour. Sometimes it's really good too but unpredictable.

Came here for a quick lunch 10 mins after they had opened, I had gotten the chicken souvlaki sandwich since I had not been here before. Very friendly staff greeted me and was asked to be seated. Was brought fresh food after a couple quick minutes. For a open sandwich with a pita, it was well made and was not over stuffed. The chicken was perfectly tender with very good seasoning and cooked wonderfully. The tzatziki sauce was well made and very tasty. Overall, great place!

Nick Tsangarisis the owner of the franchise. He dose not pay his suppliers, even if they are a small family run business that worked very hard for him. And left with only empty promises. Worse then that we where “friends” and he walked away from us and his bill of over 25 thousand. For a small family business it is a lot.

Little bummed. I moved slightly away from this location. Used to be able to grab dinner while waiting for the bus. Now have to call for delivery, it's Valentine's so I get that they're busy, but my partner called was out on hold and just kind of forgotten about. Ended up ordering from some other place whose food isn't as good.
They have bomb food tho and service in person is delightful.

Horrible staff. My daughter was given greek fries instead of regular fries that was for another order. Once the staff figured out the fries were for the only other customers, she was ordered to pay $2 extra with a attitude that it was her fault for there mistake in keeping track of 2 orders. She and her friends who were going there regularly have spread the bad experience to all friends at glen ames public school. Will be posting more bad reviews across all social media.
