The Spa at The St. Regis Toronto

A delightful experience from the moment we walked in the door. The staff is very professional, yet warm and thoughtful, the facilities are very clean and well thought out, and the services were extremely enjoyable. An overall great spa experience!

This spa is great especially if you are staying in the hotel. A little busy at times with bridal parties. Very nice facilities and friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of coming here for my birthday! It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience and Charlene is incredibly skilled and talented RMT masseuse, I will definitely be coming back to her!

Had a pleasant experience at the spa! Only 4/5 stars because the common areas felt small and crowded. Would recommend for the massages—don’t depend on the other spa amenities depending on how many bookings they have for the day.

While the service and overall experience was great, I didn't appreciate gratuity defaulting to 18% opposed to giving customers a chance to express their appreciation - if your clients are happy with your service that's what you will get anyways. This could have been a review that covered all the details on what I really enjoyed about the experience and while I still had a positive experience overall, the last 1 min at the spa ie.the paying experience ended up to be what I had to write about. Maybe one day I will update my review to provide a more holistic review after this after taste passes

The spa is so nice and the staff were pretty amazing. With that being said, here’s my breakdown of the services:

The 60 massage was amazing! The therapist was polite and professional

The facial…hmm… so once I got into the room with the esthetician, she told me that the facial does not include extractions (weird since that’s the whole point of getting a facial). Considering that I would be charged for canceling (since I’m already there), I go ahead with it. It literally felt like she just put oil on my face a lightly massaged it. Following the “facial”, she provides me with a tiny take home serum for my “skin type”. Okay, whatever! So my friend goes to the same lady on the same day for a facial and guess what? She gives her the exact same serum for her “skin type”. Also, my friend mentioned that her face broke out after the facial because of the oil used. Seeing as me and my friend have totally different skin types and totally different reasons for wanting a facial, we scream scam. It was definitely a waste of money!

My lessons learned: Ask if this is a legit facial before booking; hence almost paid $500 for a facial, automatic gratuity and taxes

I went to check out the Spa after renovations. Was a great experience! Devon is an amazing RMT! I went in with a few injuries and he worked them out. Highly recommend booking with him. Very quiet right now so a good time to go, great COVID protocols.

I booked a massage for my birthday at the Iridium Spa. It was the best relaxation massage I've ever experienced. The staff were professional, very warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the front desk and given clear instructions and brought to the changing room. They had my locker set up. There was a birthday card and chocolate in my locker. The robe is soooo cozy and soft and the changing room is really nice. The massage therapist was really great and made me feel comfortable. The best part was being led to the beautiful lounge room after the massage - I was so relaxed, sitting on the comfy lounge chair overlooking the city skyline, I felt the most calm and at peace that I have in a long time. If you're okay with splurging, I highly recommend the Iridium spa!

My massage here we great but the lounge is pretty small and the pool on the 32nd floor isn’t anything special.

Small. For a 5-star hotel, it's a little disappointing. The pool access is on the floor above.

The treatment itself was great and customized to my needs. I understand the place is undergoing renovations for summer so I won't comment on the spa itself. My only hope is that with the new space there is some quiet rule in place for the lounge. The people around me were talking like they were in a coffee shop, plus it was so close to the reception with a lot of foot traffic I found it didnt make for a very relaxing atmosphere.

I needed a nice quiet date with myself, and this was the perfect spot. It was so quiet - the sauna was relaxing, the pool area was well kept, and the hot stone massage I received was really relaxing. I am not an avid spa girl, so maybe I'm a bit of an amateur at this kind of serviced life, but I loved it. Ended with a nice glass of complimentary Prosecco - just lovely.
