Great staff and great products. The only thing I don't like; but I understand, is they don't accept cash anymore. This is my issue.

My husband and I absolutely love the spa shoppe. We purchased our swim spa not having very much experience with spas or hot tubs. I was a little nervous about maintaining the swim spa because of our lack of knowledge. However all my nerves have been put to ease as the team at the Spa Shoppe always goes above and beyond when helping. Every member of the team there is knowledgeable and excellent at trouble shooting problems over the phone. I must have called over a dozen or so times over the years and every time without fail I Have been met with a knowledgeable, kind, helpful employee. I would highly recommend Spa Shoppe for all your swim spa/ hot tub needs they truly are one of a kind. From the day of purchase to several years later their customer service has never changed. They go above and beyond and actually care about their customers. Thank you!

When we started our search for a hot tub we were clueless on where to buy from. After visiting a few places we tried The Spa Shoppe and right away we knew we wanted a hot tub from there. We met with Julie who was knowledgable, honest and made the experience so much easier, she was even patient and let our 6 year old (5 at the time) test out all the hot tubs. In the end we ended up with a Hydropool Serenity 6900, and it's been awesome. Even with some cosmetic issues at delivery, the communication has been good and we have been happy with the choice we made. We've came in a few times for supplies and always felt welcomed and get great service! If you plan on buying a Hot tub, this is the place!

We got our hot tub in October and we love it. Everyone in the store is terrific and Stewart was great when he came out to deliver some supplies and give us tips on easy maintenance.

The First Day I walked into the Spa Shoppe I was greeted right away, very welcoming. We have had our swim spa from September 2022 of last year. My Family is never out of it! Even when its snowing, its amazing. I highly recommend The Spa Shoppe Team 100%. People go to the big shows and see what kind of discounts they can get, its so not personal and your just a number. From the time we purchased our swim spa from The Spa Shoppe from Start to finish they were amazing. It was the best step by step experience. This Family owned business is just what you need. We had so many questions and concerns. They are so experienced and spent the time with my husband and I to answer all of our concerns. It’s worth the money! I purchased a swim spa from them in January of 2022, and their staff have been friendly, professional and very responsive with respect to sale, installation and maintenance. Installing in winter comes with additional complications, and they resolved all issues quickly. I want to give a particular shout-out to Kyla, who always gives super-fast customer service email responses, and Stuart, who has done several quick and successful maintenance visits for our swim spa. It's been a couple weeks now with our new spa and I'm very happy with it. We looked at every make and visited several dealers across the GTA and Durham. Dave, James and particularly Julie worked hard to provide us with a tub we would love and we do! I look forward to a long relationship with these folks.

Amazing customer service all the staff know their products very well. James took the time to walk me through a few issues I had over the phone, can't say enough good things about them if you are looking for a hot tub or supplies or advice go see these guys i wont go anywhere else, simply the best

We have had our hot tub for a month now the whole process was easy, always well informed, and even still, asking questions and always getting a response! The hot tub is amazing including the buying and delivery process!

We had an issue with our hot tub, with the pump pulsing. We called The Spa Shoppe on a Sunday, and they set up an appointment for the Wednesday to have it looked at. Their service tech Stuart arrived and was able to diagnose the problem within seconds, and had the tub fixed and up and running in less than an hour. Stuart was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained what he found and what he did to fix it. We have been extremely pleased with The Spa Shoppe, and every staff member we have dealt with so far!

The Spa Shoppe has to be one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! We bought a Cal Spa and had some miner issues upon delivery. I was in awe as to how well they looked after us until the issue was resolved. My wife has used the tub almost every night for the last 4 weeks! From the first online contact with James at The Spa Shoppe our experience was outstanding, James and his team were attentive, informative and enthusiastic that our dealings with them would be a positive experience. Great people to deal with! Had spa’s since 1987 bought many. The delivery guys did a great job. Very nice young professionals, explained everything.

Purchased a Hydropool 395 self cleaning hot tub and took delivery early March 2022. The purchase experience with Lawrence was perfect. Everything was explained to us and we feel we got a great deal. When the spa was delivered Stu came to give us an orientation. This is an amazing service as there isn’t anything this guy doesn’t know about these tubs. All our questions were answered and it doesn’t end there. He gave us his personal number that we can use to text his with any questions at any time. We had an issue recently where the jets stopped circulating properly. I contacted Stu and I called and booked a service appointment. He was able to come the next day! This was invaluable to us as we were disappointed our new tub stopped working. Within about an hour he had diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. This type of service isn’t available most places any more. I highly recommend the Spa Shoppe for any of your hot tub or swim spa purchases. Great team! Thank you!

We bought our swim spa from the Spa Shoppe last year. The sales staff were friendly and very helpful. I was really impressed with the service. We have also had the pleasure of having Stu help us with the maintenance of our spa. He is fantastic, knowledgeable and very professional. We’ve purchased a hot tub and swim spa from the guys and gals at Spa Shoppe - we’ve been SO happy with the level of service we’ve received. They will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. But I think what we love the most is that the people who helped sell us our tub/spa are the same people who service them! They’re a great group of people - don’t hesitate to check them out.
