Highly recommend Alison for pelvic floor physio - she is very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessments. I saw her for my second pregnancy and was very impressed and happy with her guidance and support. She is super friendly, helped me significantly during my pregnancy and also prepared me very well for labour/delivery. If you’re pregnant, I highly suggest seeing Alison so that you can feel strong and empowered through it all!

Just so blown away from my session at The Spot. Billy was thorough and attentive - he assessed my areas of pain and discomfort, applied manual soft tissue work, cupping, mobilization, and exercises to re-introduce movement in my lower back. He also provided a custom rehab plan for me to do at home! The facility also well taken care of and spacious. I had some fear coming into this session because it was my first real injury and I didn’t know what to expect - but Billy made me feel safe and at home. Will definitely be coming back.

Jason has helped me and my body so much. From fixing pain and kinks to showing proper form for exercises that I had no idea I was doing wrong. They are the go to spot for any sport related physio. Their entire team is unbelievable!

I had De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis on my right hand since April and the pain was intolerable. I went to see the physiotherapist Vinosha and she was so knowledgeable and patient with me. Hands down the best physiotherapist I know! I didn’t want to get a cortisone shot and she found exercises and alternatives for me. Without her support and guidance my hand would probably be in constant pain. Thank you, Vinosha! I would definitely recommend everyone to see her because she’s also extremely funny. Makes the pain less painful

I play high level competitive sports that take place many hours over 2-3 day periods. The spot and its amazing staff provide excellent treatment to help maintain longevity and prevent injury during these tournaments to my team and myself. Dr. T was amazing. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well. The staff were very nice and my appointments were always on time.

If you want your body to feel better you must make an appointment with Laura Del Papa for a massage. She is truly amazing and so knowledgeable.

After injuring both my knees from Muay Thai, I was unable to walk properly or do any form of athletics. I started seeing Dr. Sanjeev and after a few months of adjustments and take home exercises, I'm happy to share that I've made a successful recovery! Excited to start going to the gym and running again.

My RMT John Lin is so knowledgeable and experienced, I always feel so relaxed after each session, the pain has finally stopped with John’s help. He showed me workouts to do at home to help strengthen my muscles in my neck and shoulders. I’m so pleased with my experience, I’d highly recommend seeing John, he is so friendly and such an easy going person to connect with. I feel everyone at this clinic really cares about their clients and helping make a difference.

Dislocated my shoulder and my friend recommended The Spot for my rehab and I’m very glad I went with them. All the staff are super friendly and they really go out of their way to make sure you get back to normal after injury. I’m 3 weeks in and my shoulder is feeling a lot better. These guys are the best as a high performance mountain bike athlete Jason and the team are the only reason I can still ride at the level I'm at. These guys do not mess around and use treatments that are smoke and mirror like some of the other physio places I've been to in the past. They are the best 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Sanjeev is an excellent chiropractor, I regularly go to him for maintenance care. Recently I had a flare up in my ankle which he was able to provide me with top tier treatment and prescribed me easy at home exercises for rehab. I have full confidence I will be back in the gym doing my regular workouts with Dr. Sanjeev's guidance.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at The Spot. The approach to rehab has been well-rounded and supportive to my unique needs (I have a chronic hip condition). I saw Dr. Maat for orthotics and have spent the most time with Vinosha for physio treatment. She has been incredible at helping me diagnose my recurring pain, very attentive to all my needs, she asks the right questions and has me on a plan that has improved my quality of life significantly. Was recommended by a coworker to go to this clinic earlier this spring and I have to say, the staff here was both knowledgeable and friendly! My job requires me to sit a lot and because of this, I've suffered from lower and mid back pain. Here I was prescribed key stretches and exercises to do at the clinic and on my free time. Additionally, my treatment plan included regular soft tissue massages in order to loosen up my tight back muscles. Within a couple weeks, I was pain free. I want to personally thank Jason and his staff on a job well done!

Absolutely fantastic place! I do work with Andy once a week and this clinic exceeds my expectations each and every time. The entire staff is very welcoming each visit and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I’ll go for my rehab needs!

If I could give 6 or more stars I would. This place is fantastic! I was struggling to find a chiropractor and physio that worked well with what my body needed and they really came through. Everyone at the clinic is so kind and funny. You instantly feel comfortable when you walk through the door.

They went above and beyond to ensure I feel better and recover as soon as possible. I also felt very safe to visit the clinic, as they have proper procedures for everyone’s health and safety.

Dr. Maat at The Spot Rehab is the best chrio and health practitioner I've worked with! I came in experiencing serious shoulder pain and he worked with me to make it go away permanently. I've seen many different practitioners in my life and Maat was the only one who truly listened, and used a modern, multidisciplinary chiro approach to help me. He not only used traditional, hands-on techniques to take the acute pain away, but he taught me functional and strengthening movements that I could do on my own to maintain the results long-term.

Jason is well experienced and I can speak from results. My shoulder was pretty messed up from a sports injury and little by little he helped me get past the injury. Highly recommend for anyone in need of help.

If you have any aches and pains this is the best place to go in the GTA! Their equipment is state of the art and their practising professionals are all experts in their field. With my many injuries there would not be another place I would go to. Thanks for being great The Spot, I love it here.
