The Station Condos

This is a great community. We are steps from the subway station, min from mayor intersections and the highway. We have great amenities, good staff, and friendly neighbors.
I totally recommend this building for young families.

Way too many marijuana smell and no one does anything about it regardless of complaints. I recommend not to buy or rent.

Management doesn't care about the outside appearance nor follow up on complaints doesn't enforce the rules.
Alot of neglect on Management duties and cares about the condo

Hi I live in the building and was in wils convenience store on april 20th and the whole store smelled of ciggarette smoke and when I walked in and the employee was standing at the entrance smoking with the door open I asked her why she was smoking with the door open and she replied So she can see customers coming, it wasnt a very intelligent excuse, lately everytime I go there shes smoking or her friends who live in the building are there hanging out in front of or in the store loitering, she soes not even live in the building, this is a condo residence and this type of behavior is unacceptable, this has been going on for 3 months, I cant even shop without smelling smoke or her friends hanging out at the register I

Conveniently located in the middle of everything. 5 minutes to 401 hwy, 3 mins walk to wilson subway station, 5 mins wall to Costco and 5 mins drive to Yorkdale mall.

Have been living here for more than a year. Really good facilities including Swimming pool, Gym and not to forget the Urbanas. That's the best place to have getogethers in summer. Even if u r in a one bedroom condo, u get that luxury to host friends. It's right next to the subway station so commuters find it easy. Only drawback s that it has limited visitor parking. Otherwise I would recommend this condos for everyone.

Stylish modern condo building in quickly developing neighbourhood. Convenient location steps to subway and seconds by car to major highways. Condo fees are high but it is loaded with amenities

Lived here for just over a year. Good building, amenities, and location. Like a lot of people have already mentioned, the building has horrible management. They ignore your calls and emails. And when you finally get through, they are dismissive and not helpful. Got tons of emails about dog poo, though.

I reported an issue with the water in my unit and it went unanswered for 6 months (I moved out). Also, both the elevators were damaged due to flooding on one of the top floors. It took them over a month and a half to get one fixed, and around 3 months to fix the other. While the flood may not have been their fault, it is unacceptable to have the elevators down for that long, and that was in management’s control even though they blamed it on “parts”.

In any case, replacing management with one that is effective would result in a higher rating. My experience was 2 stars and that’s only because of the building itself (location, amenities). 0 stars for management.
