Paid for engraving & photo back in March. Photo finally done in Oct. Still waiting on the year to be engraved! Embarrassing and upsetting when asked why there is no date yet! Our mom has been gone a year this past Nov. We know of others who recently passed and their work is already completed. Keep getting the run around we have to call Wiarton to engrave. Meanwhile this company is sitting with all the money for the work. We have called Wiarton few times, told it would be done when they head this direction, which they have to get to London etc. Had we known the poor service in times of grieving that this company would not provide what is paid for we would of went elsewhere! Guess next will be the lawyer! Disgusting this company does not have a heart!

We are very pleased the service and workmanship of the monument for my father. Allison was very kind and helpful. The monument, with Allison's help, was very unique. The delivery was sooner than expected. The price quoted, pre-COVID, was honoured. I highly recommend The Stone Centre.

I visited the stone center for a quote and the owner said it takes 2 weeks and he said if you give us what you want we will just write it as is.so i came back later to place the order and they increased the quote by $50 to create a template for revision.so this charge is PS, it was not in the original quote and he is asking me to pay $50 to make sure he didn't do any mistakes in his work, he should be paying me money to correct his work not the other way around.so i waited 2 weeks and called them to check on the status and he said it takes 2 months, so obviously lying is one of their sales strategies, and i told him i don't want to get a template to verify and i asked him to deliver what i gave him as is, they didn't respond, a month later i found a letter from them with a template asking for approval, of course they want to prolong the process since they already collected the money.
