My husband and I were having a complete home reno done, right to the bare exterior walls so EVERYTHING needed to be taken out of the house. Our Garden shed was not big enough so I searched the Internet for somewhere to put our "stuff". From the very first phone call to the day the box left our property, a total of 9 months, The Storage Box took care of our needs in an utmost professional fashion. Everything a customer needs to know is on the website. Invoicing was No Muss-No Fuss. Scheduling the drop off and the pick up were both so simple and professional. The drop off driver listened patiently to all of my requests. He placed the 20' unit exactly where I needed it to be. The truck mounted handling system places the box beautifully and removes it the same way! It was spotlessly clean inside and out. The doors closed and locked very securely. The rubber gaskets/seals guaranteed us of no water damage. The vents allowed the container contents to breath. We detected no musty smell even with the extended storage. 5 STARS in every category. We ABSOLUTELY recommend this storage service.

Absolutely no issues. Ordered box, it arrived when they said it would. Clean and ready to go. Picked up and dropped off when they said it would be done. Picked up when empty to complete process. I would use them again.

We sold our home in June 2022 and chose the storage box to ensure we would be able to store our furniture etc in a safe manner. After research and looking at cost we chose this company and I am so glad we did!

First, Pods are a great way to store furnishings while having your garage floor resurfaced and waalls painted.
Impressed by the way Storage Box communicated costs, timing of pick up and delivery. The drivers were professional and were in and out quickly.

The First 2 boxes that we got delivered were very clean and smelled good. However when it came to the 3 box it had a very bad musty smell to it. As we will be storing our stuff for up to a month we could not put our stuff in it. After being told to air it out for a few days the smell did not get much better and would not be able to put my stuff in it. I had asked them to please deliver a new box that was usable. They said the only way they would deliver a new box is if i agreed to pay another delivery charge. This would not be very fare as i already paid for the delivery and this situation was caused by them. Also was told the lock was $10 and once i agreed to purchase a lock for each box it went up to $15. I had such a great experience with the first 2 bins and really hope that they just deliver another smelling bin with me having to go to bbb and consumer protections

Very helpful staff all around. The booking agents were extremely helpful in accommodating drop off and pick up date and time changes.
The drivers were friendly and courteous. The rates are very reasonable. If I ever move again I would definitely choose the Storage Box and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We were so impressed with The Storage Box service. We had a few months delay between moving out of our old house and into our new one. The container was dropped off and picked up at both locations on schedule and our belongings were stored safely. When we unloaded the container, there was no damage and everything was clean and safe. These people were great. From the phone and email communications to the guys that did the work. Phones were actually answered and you spoke with normal, responsive people, not overtrained mindless agents who are scared to say something wrong. Those are the worst. Even the guys that came out to move the bin were awesome. Again, normal guys, and when my bin was overweight, they allowed me to take things out until it was acceptable. They were cool about it and didn't just leave because they were on schedule. Definitely going to use them again if I ever need. The prices are more than fair.

We were installing a new epoxy floor in our garage. Everything had to be moved out to do a good epoxy THE STORAGE BOX WAS CALLED. They were on time with drop off and pickup. Very professional company

Talk about great service and super handy. Dropped off in my old house we loaded it they moved it. And it was gone the next day. Driver takes amazing care of the concrete. Very polite and respectful. I'm telling ya. I've had these boxes with other companies. And this is the BEST!

The Box was absolutely spotless and we had no worries about storing our belongings in it. When we were finished using it I again called Michelle and she arranged for pickup.
