Amazing people in the office, amazing drivers. Scheduling with them is a breeze. Had our belongings in the climate controlled warehouse for almost 1.5 years.
No damage, no dust, no bugs, no animals. Everything came out of the box the same way we put it in, glass and all.
Way more convenient than other storage options out there.

Great company to deal with. Used a sea can to store items during a garage renovation. Driver was very helpful and even leveled out the container for me (driveway is sloped). For a job like mine (storage only, no transport) you pay drop & pick up at the start and then get charged monthly for the rental.it was $1100 plus $5 per day rental. The other places I called quoted $2500-$3000. I highly recommend The Storage Box.

This was the easiest move I have ever made! The Storage Box delivered my container and moved it when I requested. Even when I had a change of delivery address they accommodated me efficiently. A very smooth and affordable way to move. I would recommend this company for all your storage and moving needs.

Horrible experience. We had 2 bin rentals. The 1st bin was OK except they changed the pick up date on us and rushed us leaving us in a heck of a bind but we managed to get it filled in time. The 2nd bin was an old beat up bin compared to the 1st bin but what is really horrible is the smell in the bin. We let the bin sit in our driveway for 4 days with a fan blowing it out as per the manager at the storage box. After 4 days of trying to get the bin to smell better at our expense we could not get it to smell any less offensive. The manager offered to finally bring another bin but only at our expense of another 125 dollars and 4 days of rental on the stinky bin we could not use. So roll the dice and hope you get a newer bin and have no run in with the manager or you could go to another company which is what I strongly suggest to do.

While preparing to sell our home we had a bin delivered and were able to fill it and had it moved to our new location. We then got a second bin for the items of my parents we were keeping at the new place. All of the staff were very helpful with ensuring that the bins would meet our needs. Using the bins allowed us to have the flexibility to load and unload as time permitted.

Tension free, stress free service. Only positive thing in the moving. Will recommend to everyone for hassle free moving.

Great service from start to finish. Everyone was very polite from the office/booking staff, to the driver that dropped the Storage Box off and picked the Storage Box up. Great system! No problem with our items being stored from October to May, all contents in great shape when we unpacked.

I was completely satisfied with our experience. The Storage Box employees were very communicative and worked to make our drop off location exactly as I needed it to be. They were flexible in delivery times and delivered the container a couple of days earlier for us to meet our changing needs. The unit itself was beautiful. Clean and in perfect condition- I had no qualms about filling it with our household items for a few weeks. Latch mechanism was secure and fit our locks easily. I didn't want it to go! I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to any friends and family that needed this kind of storage solution. Thumbs-up, Storage Box. You did a great job!

I live adjacent to this company or their warehouse and I would appreciate if the drivers would not race up and down the residential streets. If they drive like this, I can only wonder how the customers belongings are like in storage.

The box was a great alternative to a uhaul or self storage. I used the Box to store all my furniture while redoing my floors. Sales staff was friendly and delivery drivers put the box where i asked. I would 100% recommend this if you were moving or just need to store some stuff temporarily.

Best experience moving EVER. From booking, drop offs and pick ups and ease of using The Storage Box has made us lifetime customers. We highly suggest it to everyone. It made our move so easy and at our own pace. Everyone on their team was so great to work with!

Had a unique move with a lot of moving parts. Their service was the best, truck arrived within windows originally agreed, they came early when I requested it even though I am far away and just before Christmas, no damage to anything inside the unit and all people I spoke with were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend for complicated or long distance moves

Very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Boxes were delivered clean. They called the day before to confirm time and then called when on their way so you knew when you would get the box. Great experience for moving my in-laws townhouse with some storage time in between.

Stellar customer service. From the people in the office to the drivers of the truck, they were top notch. This is, in my opinion, the only way to move. Stress free, load at your pace, unload at your pace.it is a no brainer. Pods were spotless and an amazing loading system, keeping the pod level so everything stays put. Overall this company was truly a pleasure to deal with.

Every aspect of my experience with The Storage Box was wonderful! During my initial call to set up my rental and storage, the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. She broke down all the charges, and when they would be charged, so I knew exactly what was happening when. When the box arrived at my house, it was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. I thought getting the box to my new place was going to be a problem because it’s in a new subdivision and they were in the middle of putting curbs and gutters in, so there was no way to get the truck close to deliver it. I was wrong - Norm (the driver) was a magician and somehow managed to get the box right onto my driveway where I needed it.
Like I said, every single part of my experience with these guys was fabulous. I have zero complaints and I will definitely recommend their services to anyone and everyone looking to rent a storage box.

We rented a storage box Sept. /2018 and had it picked up July/2019. The box arrived on time, clean and ready to use. We stored furniture and boxes throughout the winter while renovations were completed on our house.
Returning the box was just as easy as getting one. The driver was professional, courteous and helpful, as was the office staff I contacted. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use its services if I needed them in the future.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing a moving container. They were all very courteous, and polite. They called to set up delivery and always gave a heads up call when the driver was on their way.
Pricing was very reasonable.
The way the truck picks up the bin was great, nothing shifted or moved inside the container.
All in all my family had a great experience!

Very happy with our experience! Customer service was excellent and the truck drivers were kind and very experienced! We were concerned the box would not fit in our driveway so they went out of their way to come by our place and confirm it would fit. Excellent experience.

Easy to set up and revise drop-off and pickup dates; consistent, courteous and knowledgeable customer care, office staff and drivers alike. A great way to move when your moving dates do not coincide. Would definitely use The Storage Box again, and will recommend.

The Storage Box staff were very prompt and efficient. They met timelines for dropping off and picking up the bin. The bin was in excellent condition when it arrived and was placed in the exact spot I asked for. The price was very affordable and the contract was very accommodating and flexible. I wasn't locked in to specific days which really helped!

Such a great experience using The Storage Box! Moving is always a little stressful and being able to have this box at our old place a few days early and at our new place a few days after moving in was so much help. Lots of communication between those in the office, the drivers, and myself made it all flow very smoothly. We were in a tight space for parking and the drivers managed to place the box in a way that didn't get in anyone else's way. The cost is also ideal:)
