The Sundance Spa & Sauna Store Burlington

Needed some service work on my 16 year old spa and as usual the service department at sundance was amazing. Unfortunately the service work needed 2 visits. Only charged me one service call. The service tech was great to deal with as well. Greatly appreciated

I am very happy with my purchase and the after-sales experience with Sundance. I bought my tub from Robert and he’s been fantastic since. Had a faulty light in the tub and Rob sets me up with service. The service team and the techs are exceptional. The other staff at the store has been top notch as well. I have no complaints, only good experience with these guys! A well managed company top to bottom.

We purchased our Sundance Spa for our family cottage at the Burlington location. Despite the distance to the cottage (approx 200kms), service has always been fantastic. Mark and his team are quick to help trouble shoot to avoid the need for a service call if possible. Highly recommend them!
