The Taxi Guy

Great service using the Taxi Guy! I was staying at the June Motel with 2 friends and we were able to schedule a ride into town and back on a Friday night. The driver arrived right on time and the customer service was great.

Called and asked for cab, they said they would be right there.ended up NOT showing up and didn’t answer any calls. Waited an extremely long time in the cold before having to book with uride who immediately arrived.

Do not book this company if you actually need a ride. I booked in advance for 2 x cars to make a reservation & they never showed up & wouldn’t answer our calls. After talking to some locals we’ve hear this is common. Use Uride instead.

Good service but he doesn't have a dispatch. So you have to book ahead of time. That system worked for us.

Extremely rude for no reason and refused service because of the destination being in Cherry Valley which is only 10 minutes. Never offered a wait time just refused as he had bookings already. If your only going to be an intown cab company you should really express that to the public.

P.s - thank you again for making me late to work and stop treating the locals who keep your company going through the off season.

Charged us 35 dollars for a 5 minute ride. Car was filthy and driver was rude and texting while driving. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are not from the area.

Prebooked taxi service for clients. Service was prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Went on a wine tour and had Mark as our driver. He was so amazing and we had the best time with him! He brought us water snacks and a drink for a friend for her birthday… he went above and beyond to make our trip a good time. Would absolutely come back and ask for Mark again.

We just ordered the taxi guy for a wine tour with 6 friends and had the best service! Mark was our driver and the best, offered us snacks, water, and gave us a gift at the end because it was someone’s birthday. Would recommend if you are ever visiting.

Mark is an absolutely must have at your bachelorette party! He made the wine tour even better with his exceptional customer service, snacks, water, speakers and knowledge! I seriously cannot recommend him enough!

Although the ride itself was fine, the driver took advantage of the fact we are not from the area. We were staying 7 mins outside of Wellington and called to get a ride into town from our Airbnb, without warning they charged us $30 for a 7 min drive. Do not use this company unless you are based in the Picton area.
