THE TEA COSY Bed & Breakfast

Kads and Pran were exceptional hosts. The house is within reasonable walking distance to downtown Niagara on the Lake shops and restaurants. They are very clear about their expectations of your stay. The room and common areas were impeccably clean. Breakfasts were excellent, diverse, and couldn't possibly leave you wanting more. You have the privacy of your room and ensuite bathroom, as well as the opportunity to socialize in a quiet common area, and at the communal table for breakfast. Breakfast chats were friendly, engaging and full of smiles and laughter. You can feel the love that Kads and Pran have for their home and your experience in every detail.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at this lovely bed and breakfast. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable and the home was spotless. And Breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast for a vacation while in Niagara.

-both of them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and great for having conversations
-room was spotless
-breakfast was served hot and incredibly delicious
-location was a short walk away from the main area which made it really quiet and convenient

Wonderful B and B with great attention to every detail. Hosts were so kind and the breakfast fantastic. Walking distance to the village and Ice Wine Festival. Will come again! Highly recommended!

Our stay here was fantastic, starting with the hosts. They were thoughtful and made you feel right at home. Pran has a great dry sense of humor and Kads is so generous and kind. Breakfast was truly delicious and the morning conversations were interesting and enjoyable. We stayed in the Earl Grey room, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The Tea Cody bed and breakfast was wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and very clean. And the hosts are wonderful, friendly, and sweet. The breakfast they serve is unbelievable very very very good breakfast. They are wonderful people. The bed-and-breakfast is a wonderful place and we will definitely visit again. If you are looking for a very nice bed-and-breakfast, very clean very friendly this is the place to go. We enjoyed ourselves very much. It was a wonderful gift from my daughter for Christmas.

I can't recommend the tea cosy highly enough. This past weekend I staied here with my mom, and three friends. Our breakfast was so amazing I'm sure it would have cost $25 at any upscale restaurant. I can't wait to go back in May. I've already booked a girls weekend away.

First word that comes to mind is just wow! This was the best BNB stay we have ever had. The place was spotless, comfortable, and so close to everything in town. Every little detail was thoroughly thought of from the comfy slippers, toiletries in the bathroom, and stocked fridge with waters and tea in our bedroom. But the true highlight of the stay was the hosts. They made us feel right at home with joyful morning conversations alongside their DELICIOUS spread for breakfast. We 1000% recommend staying here if you’re in the area and we hope to visit again!

Wonderful place for stay, right in NOTL. Breakfast was amazing, the hosts were so kind and the rooms were very clean, spacious. Kads and Pran have a wealth of information about the area, where to go and eat. Can't reccomend them enough!

We stayed at the the tea cosy bed and breakfast for 3 nights, and all I can say is WoW. Kads and Prans are wonderful hosts, and a lovely couple. They made our stay so amazing. Our room was spectacular, so clean and relaxing. We really enjoyed our breakfast that was a gourmet meal with delicious home made jams and muffins each morning. Kads and Prans take a lot of pride in their home and are both so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with helping you choose which places you should visit. Their home is very well situated and walking distance to many places. I strongly recommend staying at this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed.

Kads and Pran were very kind and gracious hosts! We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. Both breakfasts were delicious and the portions were plentiful with lots of options. The large selection of homemade jams and new flavours of mini muffins to try each morning were a special touch. The location was perfect too - down a quiet street, but right in Niagara on-the-Lake. Our room (Earl Grey) was very spacious and clean! Large bathroom and shower, a sitting area, a kettle with tea and mugs, and a TV with Netflix. There was a cute little common area down the hall with a mini fridge to store cold items, couches, and a few games. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back if we’re in the area again.

We stayed with Pran and Kads at the Tea Cosy at Niagara on the lake for 2 nights in the Orange Pekoe room. This is a family run B&B and the hosts go out of their way to accommodate and make the guests feel at home. The B&B is extremely clean, equipped with amenities and the best part is the breakfast prepared by Kads. You might as well skip lunch after eating the enormous and customized breakfast that's served with lots of love and care. Being vegetarians, we were thrilled with the quality, quantity and variety of the spread. The location is walkable to downtown NOTL and close to several wineries like Strewn and Konzelmann. We had a wonderful stay and we recommend this place to everyone who visits NOTL.

Delightful visit to this beautiful town…staying here was the ‘icing on the cake’! Nothing was overlooked to make it a comfortable & pleasant experience. Kads and Pran are the penultimate hosts…from delicious, gourmet breakfasts to impeccable cleanliness to gorgeous flowers & relaxing backyard. Highly recommend!

Be prepared to make new friends, enjoy wonderful conversation, and indulge in delicious breakfasts. Kads is a wonderful, gracious, and creative cook. Pran will make you groan with his 'dad jokes' and challenge you to top him. We went to Niagara-on-the-Lake to do some bicycle touring. Discovering this relaxing, cozy B&B was a huge bonus. We'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect hosts for a perfect stay. Everything is super clean and well-organised. Breakfast every morning was terrifically cooked by Kads. It was nice to sit and chat with the other guest at the breakfast table. This BnB is wonderful to stay at and is close to all the sights in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Pran will gladly provide with all the info about the area, (very specific:) ) directions, restaurants etc. They both are in for a good laugh. We really enjoyed ourselves in NOTL and this lovely bnb.

P.s. When back in Holland we definitely buy a set of those knitted socks!

We loved our stay here! Immaculately clean and spacious rooms. Charming hosts who supplied a huge and delicious breakfast each morning. Backyard had lots of seating to relax, plus a swing. Very convenient location. Bike rack on the property. Bed was very firm.

My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kads and Pran are very welcoming! Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and Kads and Pran were very thoughtful in accommodating my dietary restrictions (I am gluten-free and dairy-free). We look forward to returning!

We stayed 2 nights at Kads and Pran’s B&b. The host were friendly and we had great conversation with them. They gave us very usefull tips to visit the area (time, parking and money saving tips)
The room was really comfortable and spacious. We love the breakfast, totally home made, especially the muffin and jam.

Staying with Kads and Pran was absolutely delightful! Their home is beautiful and very well located, which made it easy to enjoy our time in NOTL. They prepared one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time, including unique homemade jams. They also recommended things to do in the area, like the cherry festival and a garden tour which were both lovely. I will absolutely contact them again when returning to the area. We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts thought of everything and even provided a home made breakfast in the morning that was absolutely delicious. My wife and I recently had a wonderful stay at Tea Cosy as Kads and Pran made us feel welcome. Firstly, their home is spotless, tastefully decorated, spacious, and each guestroom is private with access to Netflix. The beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are very modern. Their backyard is also well laid-out with lots of room to sit and relax, they have plenty of fresh vegetables and herbs growing. Their breakfasts are a real treat as they are freshly made each morning using their hand picked garden items. Any dietary concerns are identified in advance and addressed to perfection. Both Kads and Pran are well travelled and are very interesting to speak with. We loved everything about our visit and will definitely be back to the Tea Cosy in the near future.

Kads and Pran are the ultimate hosts! Kind, gracious, funny, smart. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Earl Grey room with them. The room was spacious, well designed, clean, and had the softest sheets ever. Breakfast each morning was the best breakfast I've ever encountered at a B&B/hotel and homemade (including a huge selection of jams - also homemade!). You're also about a block or two away from a bike rental place which was perfect for spending the day riding to the plethora of wineries in the area (there's even bike parking at the B&B), and you can walk downtown in about 15 minutes. I'd recommend this B&B in a heartbeat to anyone coming to NOTL and hope to stay here again soon!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is planning to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake! Great location, very clean nice rooms with beautiful back yard. The owners were so lovely and the breakfast they served was to die for! I will be returning again next year for sure. Fabulous value! 5/5!

My Mom, myself and a very dear friend had the fortunate opportunity to stay in this fantastic B&B in NOTL! The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and extremely clean.
The hosts, Kads & Pran couldn’t do enough to ensure we had the best stay possible.
The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and the very were happy to provide great tips on wineries as well as eateries in the area.
I can’t wait for our next opportunity to stay with them again …. 3 thumps up for sure!

Kads et Pran sont des hôtes extraordinaires. Gentils, avenants attentionnés et plein d’humour.

Les petits déjeuners sont succulents, tout est fait maison avec des produits locaux. Je vous recommande d’acheter les confitures, elles sont délicieuses.

Kads and Pran were welcoming hosts offering beautiful accommodations. The spacious Darjeeling Rm with large modern bathroom/walk-in shower was delightful. The relaxing outdoor sitting area was perfect after a day at NOTL and surrounding areas. Meeting other guests over a delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start each day.

We had a great stay at the Tea Cosy. It is close to downtown, clean, beautifully decorated and hosted by a wonderful couple Kads and Pran. The hospitality was top notch and breakfast was superb. I highly recommend the Tea Cosy!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Darjeeling room. The room was very spacious with a nice sitting area and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The room and common areas were absolutely spotless. The back garden was very welcoming with multiple sitting areas amongst the lush greenery. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and gourmet (homemade jams!). Kads and Pran offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants, wineries, theatre, fruit markets, and general navigation of the area. Looking forward to staying again!

We stayed at the Tea Cosy for a long weekend in the Spring. It was best bed and breakfast experience we have had. We could not have imagined better hosts: Kads and Pran are welcoming, attentive, and fun! The property is clean and inviting, and the location is ideal for downtown NOTL and the surrounding wineries. We recommend the Tea Cosy to our friends and family and we will be back for another visit soon!

We had a fantastic stay at the Tea Cozy. The accommodations were warm and inviting and spotless! We were a party of 4 and stayed in the 2 King rooms. Both were very spacious with King beds and sitting area and spacious separate bath. Kads was a super gracious host an ensured we had absolutely everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the assorted homemade jams were an extra special touch. I would highly recommend.

This is a long over due post but I was was going through some pics in my phone and up came the pics of our stay at the Tea Cozy in August 2031. I honestly cannot say enough about this this place. The hosts were absolutely Ahhhmazing. So friendly and funny and accommodating! The food was just as fantastic (my mouth is watering just thinking of it). The whole atmosphere was a pleasant experience as we were in Niagara for my Cousins wedding! If you can’t tell by now I highly reccomend the this place and I can t wait to visit again
